my most powerful way to relieve stress is to find a good place to eat then eat as much as I can and go home to sleep, usually after waking up my stress is gone

stress is usually caused by too many thoughts, so from that I get rid of stress by keeping myself busy or going for recreation, everyone has experienced stress and their way to make peace with stress is differents

Hang out, have a cup of a beer or a glass of a vine, meet a friends, do some sport. Sleep a lot.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

I enjoy being outside to deal with stress. walk outside is always relaxing.

Look up some meditation techniques. They exist to calm your mind from anxiety.
Dealing with stress is easy, I just need someone with me to talk to when I have trouble or something to say, many times sad can also watch the movie or listen to music to relax.

you should deal with the stress very carefully. because stress can create a man to a suicide situation also. it s very bad side of the stress. over happiness and also over sadness also bad. you have to maintain sadness and happiness both very cool manner.

I haven't still figured out how to "prevent" stress, but at least I decided that whenever I'm in a "stress-hype" or that really tense moment where you just stop being productive, I stop everything and force myself to procrastinate. Sounds weird, but it works for me. Cpuld be something really silly like watching a 'Friends' episode I've seen 40 times or go to "Explore" section in Instagram.

So true do something that makes you enjoy , you can play online games or go out with your family and have a time together with them. You can also spend your time posting here in Bitcoin or reviewing so that you can gain more knowledge well it is one of my stress reliever.

There are many ways to get rid of stress, depending on what your problem is, the easiest way to get rid of stress, by doing activities we love, like going to the movies, or holidaying with family.
