Exercise is by far the best method for dealing with stress. That and sleep! If you're having trouble sleeping then exercise. Solves both your problems!

Get more sleep and try to relax with a stress reduction technique and last reduce caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.

Do what is your passion that you are enjoying to do. Go out feel the nature or go to church. Talk to many people that can advise you to overcome your stress.

To deal with stress i do serendipity walk. By mean of walking i can clear my mind and and breath out all the stress i have

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

1 Breath. When you are in a stressful situation, nothing is equal to a calm breathing 2. Change the stress factor 3. Do some sport 4. Do not forget about a healthy sleep 5. Meditate 6. Less use different gadgets

idk man Undecided just do what you like, when im stressed out i just take a warm bath, drink some tea, read a book, listen to your favorite music, also gaming helps me to forget about certain things. go out, meet some friends. theres enough in this world, but you just gotta drop the negative thoughts and do things just for you.

After working hard for a full week our bodies also need rest and recreation is the only way to relieve the stress we've been feeling. The point is not where we go but how we use effectively the holidays, so we are ready to do the work activities the next day.

There are things to do on how to deal with stress. Here are some of them:1.)listening to calm music has a positive effect on the brain and body.2)call a friend and talk your problems.3)talk calmly to yourself through it.4)to eat right because stress levels and a proper diet are closely related.5)laugh it off.Laughing tricks the nervous system into making you happy.6)exercise and sleep better.7)breath easy.

There are so many ways to deal with stress, but if you are so stressed in life. I suggest that you should take time to sleep to calm your mind

if you are a religious person, and believe that the god is always with you, then how to relieve stress is by getting closer to God and ask for everything facilitated. Wink
