Not true. I'm almost never stressed, however a good friend of mine is stressed all the time.

go out and take a break for a while forget about everything go to beach or camp
zip line will make you scream or some extreme game and scream all your problem it will help you im sure Smiley
i always go skateboarding when im stressed while listening to some hardcore band on my ipod then i'll go to some store or bar with a good ambiance and grab a drink then watch a comedy movie while hitting on my bong then im good Cheesy

Here's what I do:

1. Stress ball, is vital!
2. Religion, reading bible for me.
3. Music.
4. Food.

To relieve stress, relaxation should calm the tension in your body and mind. Some good forms of relaxation are different exercises with some graceful movements and meditation. And if you're feeling bad or angry, do something that makes you feel good. There are really many things that you can do to fight stress the natural way.

Watch movies, sex, proper sleep, exercise, proper food. Eat ice cream. I read before that the soldiers in World War II were given ice cream to cope stress. Smiley

For chronic stress problem, medication will help, only yoga won't help , when it comes under control then you start yoga it would definetly help

If you are stressed do some yoga. yoga is very relaxing and will take your mind off things. also another thing that helps is a hot bath and a joint. nothing better for stress.

and if its realy bad stress then go to a gun range and shoot some shit

Nice Smiley I would like to shoot some but in my city this is kinda very expensive..

Avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine, have proper sleep and remember to laugh.
I'm not sure if avoiding Alcohol , smoking and caffeine helps..! because for many out there these are the best stress busters ..!

For me alcohol is worst thing ever for stress .. I just hate to have a hangover so I do not get drunk Smiley
