best way to deal with stress:

1. MUSIC - relaxing music - works fine for me too Smiley
2. Sitting outside on a branch when sun is shining Smiley
3. A walk with a gf (if she do not argue to much ...)
4. Visiting some pizzeria (alone!) and buy a pizza and beer.
5. Watching "Fails" @youtube

all those works fine for me Wink

I would like to add few more things
* Going on a long Drive on my bike
* Sleep if you can
* Take a break from things you are stressed about
* & THC Tongue

We are getting quite nice list out there Smiley

And all of those  added works on me too! Smiley
I just need to buy a bike this year Smiley old one rubbish ... ;P

2. Sitting outside on a branch when sun is shining Smiley
3. A walk with a gf (if she do not argue to much ...)
4. Visiting some pizzeria (alone!) and buy a pizza and beer.

Have something to vent your stress out on that's healthy i.e not taking it out on other people or do something that you genuinely find relaxing, because of the type of person I am I just find venting helps me the most and don't really go for the whole zen thing because I'm an active person but whatever you do don't hold it all in and keep quiet about it because you'll find yourself exploding on people for no reason at all and that will make friends abandon you.

Just understand that stress is necessary and doesn't cause any damage unless you believe it does.

gennerally speaking a 60/40 indica/sativa hybrid either eaten or vaporized.  low doses until the person has an idea how much they can consume without negative effects.  This is just a general idea of how I'd go about it if I was to use cannabis to help such an ailment.

I'm guessing when it comes to pot you know your stuff lol, From my personal experience with using weed to medicate i found it just created paranoia for me, I had no idea what strain it was though.

i see lots of people use weed at time when they are stressed but its not good substitute . when i am stressed i go to jogging and  feel relax with fresh air!

As someone that suffers from anxiety myself i can tell you marijuana makes it worse, Pot adds a nice spooky paranoia to the already nervous edgy anxiety you are already dealing with.

I have heard drops of passion flower in some V8 juice is a good all natural remedy for anxiety but i have not tried it myself, I probably will soon though next time i go to the store unless i forget to look for it again  Tongue

I'd have to disagree.  I'd say the misuse of marijuana makes anxiety worse from my experiences.  I think the average person tends to over use or misuse cannabis.  One does not need to use alot to get the benefits of the effects it produces.  Also the user should know their are different strains and for lack of a better term types of cannabis and to say the plant as a whole can't help with anxiety is simply not true IMO.

People have been using for just that reason for a long time so I feel strongly that your statement is false but respect your opinion,cheers.

And i respect your opinion.

What do you think the best way to treat anxiety with cannabis would be?

Listen to relaxing and good music. It helps!

Also, treat yourself with spa massage on your free time.

Well indeed Smiley maybe I didn't mention those because this is just so typical that perhaps not need to mention about Tongue

It has an interesting effect on me almost unnoticeable in some ways.  Sort of a confidence builder in a way because you don't let things bother you as much as they normally would I guess.  One thing is the stress that I tend to feel in my stomach usually in the form of tightness is dulled in a way.  Almost like it has been numbed.  That alone is worth using it for me.  I had the bottle for a while and figured I should put it to use and now I'm almost out.  I'd recommend it to others from my experience.

I however am a firm supporter of natural substances that would do the same thing.

thanks for the feedbank on picamilon roslinpl.  I did not no any of that information which is kind of annoying me.  Have you ever tried to use it for stress and if so what was your opinion of it?

Naah, I never tried it Smiley I prefer natural herbs for healing my nerves and brain Wink

But perhaps this picamilon is not so bad. :] As I understood you did tried it, yes? How does it feel after?
