I injest a substance know as picamilon but it can make you a little drowsy.  Doesn't do so to me that much but I thought I should mention it incase u decide to look into it.

"Picamilon is sold in the United States as a dietary supplement, while in Russia it is sold as a prescription drug. The rights to the drug belong to the Russian pharmaceutical company NPK ECHO "

Few months? U have much to learn

Try dealing with massive stress every single day for 5 years. It kills you inside forever, I know cuz I had to deal with it. It takes time to recover

What's important is to adapt to try and survive no matter what and not to take life too seriously, try to cherish the good moments and turn negative situations to positive

best way to deal with stress:

Working for me Tongue

PS. I am joking Smiley do not learn to beat the stress with thc.

There are better ways:

1. MUSIC - relaxing music - works fine for me too Smiley
2. Sitting outside on a branch when sun is shining Smiley
3. A walk with a gf (if she do not argue to much ...)
4. Visiting some pizzeria (alone!) and buy a pizza and beer.
5. Watching "Fails" @youtube

all those works fine for me Wink

Not kidding but seriously smoke a lill bit weed at night or talk it out with someone you trust and love !!!

Sorry but no.
Weed highly increase paranoia.
It does relax your muscle but it will make it worst for your mind.

I wouldn't recommend doing them in that order lol.

one really efficient way to deal with stress is to let it go, dont care and dont do anything about it anymore.
I'm not saying it's the best way but it really work

As others have mentioned, sex and jerking off work wonders.

If not that, I just go out for a long walk with good music (nothing too fast, though).

Pot does really help with stress, so if it's legal in your state why not try it?

Not if you get paranoid or have a bad time. And whether something is legal or not shouldn't matter as long as you're not harming anyone else.
Well, if the police decide to check up on you whike you're having a good time, it'll really matter whether it's legal.

Fuck tha police. Don't get caught. They wont ever know if you're in the privacy of your own home.
You never know when somebody might notice you dealing with shady personas or growing strange plants.

They do have to ship it or deliver it to you somehow. You can't magically spawn physical items in your home after paying for it.

benzodiazepine = no more stress

Just kidding !   Grin

Try sport and meditation. Sport release serotonin but you have to keep practising sport regularly once you feel the effect.
Meditation train your mind to resist anything, it's very hard to do it properly though.
