Do what you love.

Good advice..Love what you do.

 How to deal with stress?

Deep breaths, smile.
Think of something that makes you happy.
Pets can help some, but also add to stress at times.

Pets don't work for all rather sometimes they are the reason of stress when you see you girlfriend is licking the puppy..and then  she's licking you ..!

I also believe eating well be physical like working out and stretching will help with stress and are excellent options to consider.

Exercise and eating well are proven to help with stress and depression too.

Agreed and people should be trying to get sun.  Now that winter is ending it is time to go soak up some sun and get some fresh air and you body is gonna need the vitamins and what ever else getting sun provides

Lack of sunlight can be a big factor in depression. Just look at the depression and suicide rates of some of the countries that don't get much.

Yes this is true Smiley
This is why we should enjoy the sun! And go out even if we don't feel well ... a walk in the sun might change a lot.

buy a punching bag, kick the shit out of it

if (punchbag==true, stress= stress -1) Cheesy

Not if you break your leg or arm doing it like some I know did lol/

how dafauq do you do that? Cheesy

the bag is softer then your leg, the bag should break before your leg does xD

besides, know your limits Cheesy

I haven't hit a punching bag in years, but those things tend to be pretty solid.

hm  Undecided
but still, damn..

you need to know your limits, never force yourself ...

but this a good stress relief Cheesy

you can also try relaxing by taking a walk, or driving a bicycle somewhere trough nature Smiley

How I deal with stress: remember that nothing in life has any inherent meaning. We live for about 90 years and all of the value and meaning in this world is created artificially by us, it's not present by itself. Take a step back and breathe a sigh of relief because life is so meaningless and we are so insignificant that there is NO REASON to be stressed and worried. Just chill out and try to achieve whatever you want to achieve.

However, I'm not suggesting that you give up on life and live like a hermit in the woods. But when you look at our human existence from the viewpoint of the universe, we are very insignificant.
