YOU HAVE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.  There are people that can help.  I don't know how old you are or whatever but if you can't talk to a spouse or parents, talk to a doctor, clergyman, or friend even if it's an embarrassing issue. Believe me, doctors and clergymen have heard it before.

Personally I also use mediation and exercise.

Dont look at btc graphs, or any mainstream news on BTC. That def wont help stress. Far to many people reading/graph watching and causing panics.

Go outside and feel the grass between your toes is a great stress reliever.
I actually feel relief when watching those graphs. Also, the grass is rotten here due to lots of rain. Actually where I live it's supposed to be a cold winter with lots of snow. Sad

The graph wont help anyone today unless they are wanting to buy some BTC its like about £100 in the last day.

But graph watching doesnt do anything for those "Hodling"

Stop looking at any Bitcoin charts other than the weekly view.
Why? If you didn't invest much into bitcoin, you shouldn't get more stressed.

The best advice is to practice sports, and then there's weed, and you can always go to the doctor and have some prescriptions drugs.

That can make some more anxious and paranoid though.

Bitch about it in the off-topic section.

Exercise is very good for your mental health, but obviously it can be hard to motivate yourself to do it if you're getting bogged down and stressed/depressed etc so it becomes a vicious circle.

Some sports can also be a good at releasing stress and anger. Try football or tennis or anything where you can kick or hit something hard (edit: don't use this as an excuse to hit your wife/gf) Grin .

I enjoy being outside to deal with stress, something about being stuck inside all of the time only contributes to my stress, so a nice walk outside is always relaxing. This may or may not be possible depending on where you live, but I'm out in the country so it seems to work for me.

Also working with my hands (dirty jokes aside), is very relaxing. The process of building something with my hands, even if its just a bookshelf, or restringing a guitar, is relaxing for me. It takes my mind off things while I focus on a task for an extended period of time. An idle mind leads to stress sometimes.

Have you tried exercising in the mornings? It helps get those feel goods hormones floating around and personally makes me feel a lot better for the rest of the day. You could start with simple stuff if you've never really worked out. Try some lunges in place or jogging in place for 10 minutes but at a high intensity. Just ask if you need more suggestions.

The other day I discovered that my Goat was cheating on me, so I starting contemplating suicide. Then, I found this thread, and all is better now: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/hashfast-announces-specs-for-new-asic-400ghs-262052
