How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
my tips for weight loss is you need to play sports for long time in in your daily life because if you do any type of exchange it will giving the laziness but sports are liked by everyone in this world that's why I playing sports will reduce the weight.

Don't eat junk food and do some exercises. Of course, you will lose your weight slowly, but it will be more comfortable for you than a diet.
Having a diet and keeping it in mind is very difficult. I tried to do it but I could not continue with the program I put so I am now easing the amount of food I eat
At first it is hard to practice any habit but once you start doing it for couple of weeks then it will become your normal behaviour.

Yes that's right but don't be over do it. Eat some if you really wanted because if your body can't resist anymore for sure your diet will be more destroyed. You should do some cheat day. Lossing wait is very hard but it will worth in the future and that's for sure.

Have you tried Keto diet? Check out these tips.

1. Restrict carbohydrates to 20 digestible grams per day or less – a strict low-carb or keto diet.
2. Restrict protein to moderate levels.
3. Eat enough fat to feel satisfied.
4. Avoid snacking when not hungry.
5. If necessary, add intermittent fasting. For example, skip breakfast and only eat during 8 hours of the day, fasting for 16 hours.
6. Add exercise – adding any kind of physical activity while on low carb can increase ketone levels moderately.
7. Sleep enough – for most people at least seven hours per night on average – and keep stress under control.
Keto diet could be dangerous if its done in the wrong way, so i would suggest anyone to avoid this unless its done with the support of a personal trainer that is an expert with this kind of diets. On the internet you will find all kind of tips for doing this diet but some are true while some are not true and thats why a trainer is needed.

To maintain a healthy weight, the person must balance the energy consumed in the diet with the energy that the body consumes daily for life,
You get weight loss when we cut calories from those that the body burns.
Do not follow harsh diets.

Try to drink warm water every.morning 4 glasses when you woke up.then every hour another glass just pure warm water and never drink cold,nevee drink beverages with sugar and sodas .try tp do it atleast a month and see whats the outcome

Drink hot lemon every morning before you eat something,,and dont eat after 17.00 pm

It's easy to say like do some exercise and eat healthy foods. But the challenge really is your determination and patience to achieve your goals of having a physically fit body. Its all in the mind actually, somewhat psychological.

The most important thing is that you need to exercise as much as possible to burn calories. Calorie you eat must be less than the calories you burn.

There is no correlation between account age and naivety, just like there is none between hunger can "bad cells".

And yes Stompix it's a good method for losing weigth. When you think to yourself I'm hungry but it's very good for my health, the feelings change and you support hunger much more easily, moreover your stomach shrinks.
I lost almost 15kg partly thanks to that.
But be careful of anorexia at the end.

Exercising could do the trick. You can lose weight by exercising. But also, while doing exercises you need to make sure that you are eating the right foods in order for you to continue losing weight. I was once fat but with proper diet and exercise you can be a better person.

Based from my experience, that worked for me. Exercise and monitor what you are eating, more on fruits and vegies. I lost about 11 lbs in a month. The reality is, self discipline is your major enemy in this battle. Sometimes along the way, you will find hard to resist your temptations and go back to your old ways. You need pure determination if you decided to embark this journey. No need for pills or any other artificial means to lose weight.

the best thing is to move frequently. all of us are guilty for being chair locked sitting at desks. If we continue regular exercise then you'll naturally lose weight

My friend is starting it, and he has bought a lot of market among bananas, mangoes, lechozas and is beginning well animated, you should start with that too.
This is what a doctor told me. I mean I'm not really fat, I'm just trying to be fit and the doctor told me to eat lots of fruits and drink water. Plus, you need to have a proper diet and yes, cycling is one of the best exercise to do since it burns a lot of fats in your body. Why is it muscle mass? Can you burn your muscle?  Grin

Do not use weight loss pills because it greatly affects your health when using it for a long time. You can go to the doctors to get more effective dieting methods, good luck.
