In my opinion avoid diets at all, live healthy, exercise and don't punish yourself too much. Once in a while you can eat unhealthy and enjoy life. Perhaps the most important thing, eat with a fixed regularity. Because your body will adapt to this and start the burning proces.

I think, in able to achieve this, you need to have a motivation and a certain goal first. Also some questions you need to consider like: "Why do you want to lose weight?" If you have already established these, I think you can easily lose weight without any hesitations nor hindrances.

One important thing - don't skip your breakfast. With breakfast you're signalling your body - "there is enough food; you don't need to store energy in form of a body fat".
And of course the usual stuff: eat less for dinner; move more; exercise more...
Other than that - investing in food intolerance test; every human is unique - it's not possible that we're all thriving on same diet...

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

On my personal opinion, i drink lemon water, and do a diet of nuts and bitter chocolate two times on the day,but it depends on the type of body you have.

That would be a good question to ask on a BTC forum xD. Losing weight all depends on the person, eating and daily habits. Cut the sugar, cut junky food, exercise a bit more and you will start to see results in the following weeks.

Walking every day in the morning. Walking in the morning is very good for loss your weight. Try ti avoid oiling food. Oiling foot can make you fat. You must avoid rise for losing your weight. You can eat 2 times in a day. One another good idea is go to zym every day. It will help you by losing your fat.

How to lose weight, one has to be discipline on what to eat and when to eat. Taking more of vegetables and less starchy food is very important for losing weight and also taking a walk daily will be very helpful.

Everyone, I recommend you to try the intermittent fasting.
As a starter I suggest you to do the 16/8 eating pattern, in which you will only eat in an 8 hour window after that you will wait 16 hours before you can eat again.
Inside your eating time (8 hours) you may eat three times and anything you want but don't binge eating you should it in moderate.

Don't eat after your eating time. Discipline is a must.
Try to make a research yourself about intermittent fasting and you will be surprise by how positive it is to many people. Chao chao. 😁
