How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
I think liquid food will be helpful for you to reduce you are wait very easily because when you give the colour is more it will increase your weight otherwise if you drink only liquid foods it will definitely very helpful way for reduce your weight

It's hard to lose weight but proper diet and exercise is the best way to do it. Although I didn't experience having too much extra pounds. I cannot have extra weight because my feet hurts.

That's what everybody is talking about here. You should consider yourself lucky if you don't have many extra pounds/kilos. But some people like me are destined to be extra full-bodied for life. But I still decided to make some changes and each morning before work I exercise in front of my light mirror which I bought for my salon. I've already managed to lose a few pounds but now I'm stuck. Now all I need is a proper diet indeed as well as some vitamins.

Actually, sometime we feel our weight has stuck after a long time excise, it is because when we started excise in first time, then very fast our weight start to lose, But later on it stuck, So don't worry you will feel within week your weight once again start to lose.

Aside excise there are several ways which one can lose weight. Number one is changed of life style. Selecting a low calorie diet is also a great way to cut down weight. Stopping alcohol also go a long way. Then herbal remedies is my favorite in this case

Few points.

Not shopping hungry.
Not eating after 4pm
Trink lot of water before meal.
Early sleeping.

I think the best advise I could give you is to see your physician first to have yourself checked what you are sensitive about when it comes to your food then I'm sure the doctor would recommend you a nutritionist so you'd know what to eat. Don't rely so much on what you read on the internet because not all of them are true based on nutrition facts. Then ask after what exercises you need to do when you start on your diet.

Definelty the most efficient way to lose weight, as has been said, is a calorie deficiency.  There are calculators that tell you how many calories you can eat and lose weight..and at what  speed you want to go about it. A few lbs.a month is good.

Once you become aware of what you eat and record it, for awhile you become familiar with the amount of food you can eat. And make sure it is nutritious, high quality food. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and whole grains, and vegetable protein sorces, if you can.

Also there are apps that make this much easier to keep track of everything too. My fitness pal will show you how much and what percentage of carbs, proteins, and fats you should eat for your gender and age. After you know what percentage carbs, dont go over but you can arrange them so it's more satisfying.

Women are different than men.
Women do better by loading what ever their amount of carbs is in the morning and the evening and not eating so many carbs during the day.

Also relax. Women do better by walking frequently and relaxing a lot. Not crazy hard excercises.
Swim, float around in a pool, park far away from stores and always takes the stairs instead of an elevator. 

Stress makes you gain weight, for anyone but especially women. So relax and eat smaller amounts of great food.  And walk and take the stairs more frequently. And then any other exercise is a bonus.
Also there are also so many tips, excecises and meal choices on these apps for the amount of calories you need.

Good luck!   I have had success and still going, plus I enjoy my food and mild exercise and feel more relaxed.

One of the quickest ways to lose weight from my experience is with drugs that can make you lose appetite.


I remember losing lots of weight with a particular drug that was quite addictive and expensive. I didn't really buy it to lose weight but to my surprise, it kept me away from unhealthy appetite.  It made me hyperactive and made my thoughts clearer.  Unfortunately it was extremely addictive. I was first introduced to it without being told about its addictiveness. Thank goodness I eventually stopped taking it completely.

What helps me stay in shape today is lots of water combined with things like lemon, lime etc. I occasionally take fruits  and vegetables and i try not to eat alot of food.

Exercise everyday.
Eat more protein than carbohydrates.
Drinks lot of water.
Dont eat too much.
Discipline your self do all advices to lose weight.

if you want to loss weight be consistent what you do for weight loss
1) drink 2 glass of water in early morning empty stomach.
2) go for some yoga postures (google it)
3) Do Planks & Pushups.
4) eat healthy and clean (veggies & corn flakes)
5) be consistent & hydrated all day.

His secret?
Skip 1 meal and walk every day in the nature.

weight loss is very difficult and we cannot do it very easily but my opinion is if you want to Lose your weight you need to make a hard work in your life and you need to set your target all with your weight loss otherwise you cannot make a concentration then it is not possible so more than anything concentration is only giving the conference to reduce your weight.

Drink lemonade , eat green apple , do not take fast food or cold drinks , Take green tea , also drink alot of water i think it should help you in losing your weight  Smiley

Apart from exercise, then should control your diet, we gain weight, because we eat junk-food and continuously we eating it then in the end, we have too much weight, so better to control diet then we don't need exercise. Mostly people who gain weight, they do it both, extra diet and don't like do exercise, so better it mostly do exercise, and apart from exercise then control diet.

I think it is very difficult for everyone to lost their weight and natural it will not possible if you are using any type of treatment then it is possible because gaining weight is natural so if you want to you lose that then you need to to make a treatment for that.

Consult to the doctors what is best food for diet, But I advise we need to take ourselves  to avoid sick fruit and oathmeal don't eat rice or pasta and any kind of sweet foods. In short self disciplined   is the way to overcome this kind of problem.

for me weight loss is a very difficult task and most of the time the nature will win and being Delhi is not our problem it is the God giving opportunity to live with this that so I cannot consider the weight as a problem for my life.
