You can only lose weight by working hard on yourself. Proper nutrition has a great effect, if all your food is useful and correct, you can lose weight even without exercises (small, but possible)

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
Its mind over body mate..whats our mind wants is what our body gets.that simple and plain lol
