One must also cut out on the consumption of too much soda because of too much sugar in it and that in turn can make one gain a lot of weight.

At first,To reduce the weight of the body,we have to exercise regularly and keep the quantity of food in order to reduce the weight.
There is a need to refrain from eating all types of fat in the diet.I think the different types of soft drinks should refrain from the national food because it increases our body weight.I think that Cucumber,Carrots plays such vegetables,the health fats are removed.

You just have to find whatever works for you. For me, it's intermittent fasting. I try not to eat for more than 16 hours.
I usually skip breakfast and have a late lunch. Try not to eat too much sweets. Go with food that's high in fiber like fruits, oatmeal, wheat bread. I don't like to exercise that much, so I just watch what I eat Cheesy

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
If you want lose weight with nice body proportion there no other way than exercise but you can try fat suction surgery but IAM not recommend it.

Discipline your Appetite and workout!! don;t use the elevator work the steps up and down!! dont take a but on a short trip take that 30 to 1hour leg walk
try all these and see if you wont loose weight
