I recommend starting to eat healthy food: abandon the sugar and flour products (it's to start with). Also, it's good to eat less fried and salty food. You can add to this jogging or other types of activity (for example, I don't like to jog because it's boring, so I prefer competitive sports or yoga) - at least 2-3 times a week.

You just have to exercise daily and have a healthy diet. Avoid eating too much especially the foods reach in carbohydrates.

Eat less but be careful, you have to have regular meals. Drink more water, be more active, take a long walk.

It is so simple you can lose weight by controlling your food, just eat right amount of food and have good exercise in the morning and evening.

You can try "Insanity" by ShaunT, work out 6 per 7 day in 3 months, with high intensity exercise will help your body burn fat a lot. You will have a leaner body and a lot of physical improvement.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
i weight 150kg and now am 120 kg in 2 and half month by just eating 5-7 meals a day and stopping anything related to sugar also try to drink from 2-3 liters of liquid a day ( i know its hard but u have to ) . try it and let me know about your progress .

You need to drink much water, sleep well and refuse stressful factors from your life. Treat yourself with love and you will lose weight.

So far the best way to lose weight is exercise , having a balance diet and self control. Losing weight is one of the problems that most people encounter day by day , because when they saw their own appearance that is being bulky they start to confuse with themselves specially in the shape of their body. Having a good diet and regular exercise will help someone in losing weight.

Cut Back on Sugars and Starches;The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs). When you do that, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer calories (1). Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat.

I know you said apart from exercise, but that's really the most important thing in losing weight. If I work out hard enough, I can drink Starbucks and eat chicken nuggets everyday and still lose weight, for example. But if I do that and don't exercise...its over. I'll gain weight super quickly. Either super restrict your diet (high protein, low carbs, low sugars, low sodium, a lot of veggies) and forgo working out, or exercise a lot and eat whatever. Whats best is a decent diet with a decent amount of exercise, though.

I read a lot about such things. And tried it on myself. The best is to get a active lifestyle, what doesn't mean that you have to go every second day to gym. Just walk to the supermarket instead of drive or bus. Consume less sugar. Then after one week I think you should feel a small difference. Continue with once a week to go for a walk, sport or just another activity.
