Hello dear friend, I was overweight once and now I am just normal. I don't have an active life as I'm on computer most of the time.
First, analyse your diet and see what goes wrong.
For me it was excess of carbs as I was eating everything with bread. Bread with scrambled eggs, bread with sausage, bread with salad, etc. I am a person who doesn't eat sea food at ALL even if I would love to. I don't like the taste but if you do, go for it.
I don't follow a diet and all I do is simply eating carbs once a week on Sunday. Oh yes, I have a pizza every Sunday and tomorrow is Sunday!  Grin

Check what you eat. Do you have a lot of alcohol? This has a lot of sugar! Do you eat a lot of sweets, carbs? Just find a balance between everything and you'll be fine.

By the way, my mother used to tell me to stop eating and now she's yelling at me to eat ahahhaha Just look how life changes

Live a scheduled, healthy lifestyle. It won't show its effect right away, but you will see the result after a few months .

If there's nothing wrong, just eat less... and spend less time on your pc.   Roll Eyes

I agree, because in my case i don't usually eat a lot but i gain a lot of weight and then i went a visit to the doctor and said i have PCOS which is a reason i gain weight.

I too have pcos but i just recently went to the doctor because i don't have my period regularly that's why i went and they said that it's why i gained weight too.

for me we just need to limit our intake of food not necessarily don't eat anything you want just lessen the intake of it.

Honestly, it's mind over matter! Cool And more often than not, you have to fool not only yourself, but your body in believing so, on whether or not you're hungry and if you'd rather eat or not instead.Wink

I've got to at least see and try what your doing, if it's going to work for me too, or not! Grin

Do not eat anything with Carbs. Drink plenty of water and don't forget to do yoga.
