Apart from exercise? I cannot give you any of the suggestion if you insist on  no exercise. Exercise is my only way to lose my weight, running is my favorite sport,maybe you would hate running at first,but if you keep running,eventully,you will love it.

There have some good methods to lose weight naturally. The best way is to do exercise as the OP said already. But if you would like to use supplements like- juice, pills, or something like that. You can just search on google. Thanks!

1.Need to reduce the starches and sugars in the diet
2.Eat Protein and Vegetables
3.Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week
     The best option is to go to the gym 3–4 times a week. Do a warm-up and lift some weights.
