How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

If you are hypertensive and you wish to reduce weight, it means your current status is the main cause of your hypertension.
My advice is, you reflect on the advice your doctor gave you. Give it a great deal of thinking and decide on the ones you can follow to help reduce your weight without exercise.

Hypertension related to obesity may require that you avoid may jonk diet that will make you add up weight. Therefore, try and watch out for what you eat.

actually lose weight is a lot of ways and naturally without any side evek, such as exercise, study, fasting, and reduce eating fatty foods, but the fastest that is learning because every day thinking continues it will quickly reduce weight .

i have a great advise for you that is too easy and useful, you should drink 2 glass of water before eating food continue it for a month after that you will see changes in your body....... Grin

I can advise you to become a vegetarian for a while. Just give up sugar and salt completely.

Try to eat less, reduce your meal times to 2-3 a day, eat only healthy products and do sport exercises if you want to lose weight.

Well not quite. There is a lot of sugar in fruit. It is fructose but it's sugar nonetheless. So you should eat less bananas, sweet apples etc. but not eliminate them completely.

losing weight ? 1st you need to discipline your self to the food you eat before u do that and 2nd you need to train your mind and give your self a time exercise. losing weight is serious you need to focus, discipline and be serious what your doing. like they said "no pain no gain"  Wink

Well drinking lots of water every day helps a lot. Usually thirst is triggered by the nerve system as hunger. So usually we take thirst as a hunger when usually your body needs water. So before eating something, we always need to drink first, to understand what does your system needs. Seperate eating always helps as well. Like eating either protein with vegetables or carbs with vegetables. Plate should not be big. Try to eat more seafood than meat, as chicken or meat build your muscules and your main goal is to loose as much weight as possible.Also exercising, mostly cardio helps: right diet and sport is the main solution.
