Best choice would be simple exercises like jogging and eating more veggies instead of meat. But you should probably check with ur doctor first if theres a possibility of something being wrong with you before starting such a routine. AFter that well it starts with ur will on how much u really want to lose weight

The other measures to lose weight apart from exercise would be a healthy diet. Well, it is still better if you do cardio exercise as well. Walking can be considered a cardio exercise, so it's not so difficult.

You have to get in less calories than you burn and limit your sodium intake.

Hi ,

Do cardio for atleast 30 mins a day if you are doing weight training on the same day or do cardio for atleast an hour . Eat atleast 80% healthy . Don't consume over 2400 calories in a day because 2200 is actually not recommended for fat loss generally but if your go to the gym or do lots of workout i suppose 2400 calories is sufficient . Try to do more reps with light weights and focus on the form . You can build enough muscles even with light weights . Try to follow the "DTP workout" by "Kris Gethin" it would reduce fat as well as increase muscle mass .

It's better to do cardio and weight training on the separate days so your body can recover.

It's not that simple. Some people have slow metabolism or some kind of a disease. It's hard if you have a thyroid gland problems.
