i get result from lemon juice with light lukewarm water. Every morning when i waked up i drink one cup lemon juice with light lukewarm water. Magically it works for me within 2 weeks but you should avoid unhealthy foods  and do some physical activities also.

Drinking lukewarm water mix with lemon and little honey helps. Also, the most crucial to lose weight s about eating habits. You need to control on your diet by stopping junk foods, fried foods etc. Concentrate more on healthy stuff like soups, salads etc on regular basis to start seeing the effect in coming months.

Eat more fruits. personally i eat 1 apple per day. to keep the doctors away. lol
lastly do yoga for at least 30 minutes also. preferably 2 hours before sleep to help you fight those working stress.

i applied this to myself. December 2020 i was 150 kg. now i shed it to 120 kg. 1st week is the hardest.

need motivation? look at your mirror before exercise and harass yourself. You'll feel motivated after.

complete advice lol, But Yoga ? it is very expensive in my place , the Instructors fee is really not that friendly .

So instead of having Yoga class? i am Joining a Zumba class in which free from politicians in my area. Wink

I am having similar problems now, the lockdown of 6 months made me gain some weight which need to lose now for the summer. Changing my diet completely overnight seems very hard and I keep falling back into my old habits. Exercise becomes much more easy since the weather is better outside but still it will be a long and hard way to lose my weight again. I wish all the Gyms and Sport activities would open up again.

Okay so here it goes: Everything starts with your own state of mind. The same way people tell you that you have to be emotionally healthy to be in a relationship with somebody and really make it work, think of it as a relationship with yourself.
If you want to lose weight, it's not about just doing exercise, it's also about what you do after that. It's worth nothing to spend a whole day doing weights and running if at the end you just head back home and eat a whole chocolate cake. You get what I mean?
It's about discipline. and you can't really have boundaries unless you're emotionally healthy to restrain yourself from letting your desires overcome your goals.

There're no magic pills and no magic solutions. You just have to take care of yourself and that includes what you eat. Treat your body with respect and eventually you'll see results.
