You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
It's quite easy to motivate someone to work. All you have to do is to give him or her something to look forward to and a reason why he or she needs to work. We will need to spend on something or for someone sooner or later, so the best idea is to give that motivation to him or her now, so that he or she will learn.
One way to motivate a person is by showing/offering him/her something in return. In this act we may say that you are rewarding a person in exchange for a certain task. Some people may say that this kind of motivation is bribery but I say that it is not. Because it is a win-win situation where two people benefit from each other.
Money is the best moderator. Try a reward sytem management everyone ate excited to their task.

In order for someone to get motivated to work, one must realize first what he or she needs to do and that is to work. The thing is no matter how hard we convince someone to work, it will still have no effect on him or her what so ever because his or her priority is not on the side of working. Which is why we need to make them realize.
I think the simplest reason is that you show people the benefits of the work or, more precisely, what follows from their work. Financial benefits are not enough, but if you show it to a person that his work can be of use to other people, that may be more motivated

Oh well a good reward system may do and can make a person productive. But also, no all will be motivated by it. A good working condition and a room for growth is also another way. Give them good benefits and they will be loyal also.

All you need to a always cheer them up to make them motive to their work and always greet them for being a good employee.

To motivate a person to work is to condition his mind that he has the potential to do it and in actuality to do it an you share in the sacrifice in doing the work.It would also help to motivate the person to work if you appeal to emotions and give the person multiple reasons for doing what you want them to do and tell a story of success that would motivate the person to work
If I am the employer, I'm going to motivate a person to work by: giving them all the benefits like: medical care, midyear bonus, incentive bonus, productivity bonus and insurance so that the employee will love to work. Additional incentive for the early bird, no late and absences will get a plaque and cash during year end.
Every individual person has different motivations for working at a job. But it’s not difficult to predict that the most important motivational aspect of work for people employed is money.

Motivating or giving advice to someone is easy, not as easy as doing it. So what we expect from someone is not in accordance with our wishes. The important thing is we have provided motivation or direction, so that someone can be better. Give it back to the person, whether he or she is willing to do it seriously or halfway. We shouldn't force anyone to be what we want to be.
To motivate a person to work hard he/she must have the following attitude:
1. Self Confidence - failure is not a problem, its serve's as a tool to mold us to become a better person
2. Being happy - he/she must be happy to do such work everyday
3. Vocation - sometimes, we work not because of the big salary but the courage to help others and to contribute for the better society.
With this three important things, I think those are already enough advice to motivate others.

In a work place incentives work best.
Sellers who are paid based upon commission might work harder than someone on salary since that person might feel that they're guaranteed the pay?
To motivate a person to work we must give credits and appreciate the work they've done. A simple 'good job' is one great motivation. Just being able to acknowledge the job well done. Also another motivation is a raise on pay. A healthy workplace and workmates and a good boss. Correct motivation,not only based on incentives and rewards but also praises and a simple pat at their back would make them motivated to work. Giving what is due to or what compensates them will make things and life easy.
To motivate person to work you have to stimulate mind setting, unless his mind is set to work, his goal in mind it would no longer be hard for him to motivate to work, what prompted him to work depend on his will to survive in life a descent, good life that he so desire if he is lazy it won't do him any good.
I think it's ok to pay enough commission!
