Instilling motivation isn't easy, but it's necessary if you want your employees to grow and stay satisfied with their jobs. It's the driving factor that leads people to work harder, meaning more productivity for your organization, and the most important contributing factor to overall satisfaction, which leads to higher.
Find what they truly love,and what kinda man he wannna be.

If you want give to someone good incentive to do something you have to understand this person first, the best motivators are also good psychologists.
I think the best way to motivate people is the result. When you do something, you wait and see what result will be. And one more good way of motivation is salary. Many of them work for a salary. There is a purpose and motivation. Work-salary-opportunities.

You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
I think rewars system is still the best. In a work place, the most common rewards are incentives and performance bonuses. Employees will tend to work harder if something will motivate them to push harder. Giving them the consideration , lifting them up and encouraging them will boost them to achieve more. It's like handling a child, give them something that will make them happy.
There is an old and good working method called "carrot and whip" it worked since time has begun, works now and will work in the future. There is no need to invent a bicycle.
There's necessary to explain to the person what money and for what work he receives. Perhaps he just doesn't understand what makes up his salary.
Set some goals, target, a wishlist, a good plan, realize a dream, form objectives,

I think doing what you want can give you the best motivation.when you do a certain work and you being passionate about it, you begin to do your work happily, stress free and most of all you enjoy it.
Essentially it's life need to eat, well to buy eat need money, money earned with work, so there is no reason not to work, because it all to ourselves

A person's motivation lies on his or her needs. Just imagine when a person who is deprived with everything and can get what he or she wants by means of working. It will definitely motivate that person to work harder in order for him or her to achieve or get something that was initially deprived from him or her. That is the best way I can think of.
Be a good example. But to make a person work, the motivation must come from his within. Sometimes the best motivator is what a person feels because no matter how hard you motivate them if they are not ready for it, everything is useless.
I agree, to the same for each person the same motivation can act in different ways...this is a psychological factor in a sense
People who are "structural" by nature want to know their work aids the company's progress. They prefer a leader who is organized, competent, and good with details. They like to be rewarded in writing, in a timely manner, in a way specific to the task. An encouraging email is appropriate to communicate with them...Give people multiple reasons for doing what you want them to do. Be the change you want to inspire....
Every person has different motivations for working. I think, if you want to motivate a person, you need to give them your trust.
"How I motivate a person?" I motivate person by showing them JOY while doing the task. In that way it makes question in their mind "What does this person have?" And maybe he/she ask you. And then tell to him the reason why you are doing your task with joy.

give appreciation to increase one's motivation.As little as any one's skill , we have to appreciate it. do not just demand it.
How to motivate a person to work? " It start with you"! why? To motivate someone you should show or share the positive outcomes of having a work. if you their skills and capabilities encourage them to work, not only for the salary but also to expand more knowledge. But if that person don't have any goals or objectives in life then it was challenging.
