Salary is usually the main factor that is causing the will of the worker to expand his capabilities for the work. The second motivation technique is the encouragement which is always appreciated. In this case, the 2 persons are involved and person "A" is the main factor for the working will of the person "B". Some people are self-driven and they are self-encouraged cause high passion towards the specific field of work they are working in. There are many other techniques that can be applied to each individual in a different way. Motivation is necessary for the complementation of the successful working achievement.
Many reasons: money, friendship, to keep busy, to learn new things, to be praised and much more
What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
In our office, what motivates us is our incentives and bonuses. So through rewarding system, we are motivated to finish all our tasks to reach the goal. Through that style, we feel that our hard work is valued by the company so it pushes us to exert more effort.
Motives work is very important, which is something will help you better work.

A person should have a goal. Without a person's goal, it is very difficult to motivate to work. A man without a goal is a lazy person, he will have to be punished.
Every person have some goals in their job,but I don't see best option to motivate people to work is salary especialy in countries with huge number of unemplyment peoples,the motivation can be better position but nothing cannot motivated people to work like salary.

In my opinion he'll or she'll be the one who can push her or his self to do that work, I/we can do is to support, cheer and motivate that person for him or her to get inspired to that work or job. We are here to became his or her friend to lend them or give a hand to them for the betterment of his or her work.
Some people are not only motivated by money but they are also have a passion and a desire to work and work very hard and money was never an issue when to come to working, they just love the work that do and those kind of people are usually successful in life.

Today it's easy to motivate a person to work.The worker most likes when the chief sees him.Every worker likes to have a solid salary and one day is free on week.Every worker likes when his boss praises him for a well-done job.
For me, there are a lot of motivating force of a person to work. One example is having a family of your own. You need to work and earn whether you like it or not inorder to sustain the needs of your family. Secondly, I think if we have a clear sense of purpose, then we'll become motivated in all the things we do. Therefore, setting your purpose plus focus will keep you motivated. Thanks.

When you have the inspiration and motivation to work. That's when you have goals in life. Earn money to build your life better. And me too I'm trying to work to life more comfortable about money. If you are the boss always good to create conditions for its employees.

Same here, I couldn't find any idea to motivate those people, if they really love their job they won't need anything else to motivate them.
Just salary is enough and their passion to do their job.
Respect Is the best way to make people motivated at work. They will surely reciprocate with good work.

Every people need to work for living and everyone should do their work at right time. You can motive a person to doing work by showing the reality of real life and say to fulfill their dream and no one can fulfill their dream without doing the respective work.
