What you need to do is just fill up forms and follow rules.Signature campaigns often give more profit than social media and telegram campaigns, but as a newbie it is hard to find a good project that allows newbies to join. To rank up to Jr. Member you need to have 30 activity and 30 posts. I suggest you try to answer some questions and share ideas in off topic too, it adds up to your number of posts. Once you have ranked up you can participate in most signature bounties.

First of all increase your rank by posting. There are a lot of bounties not accepting newbie. Do not spamming, make good quality post, so you can earn merit too. You need to earn merit too if you want to rank-up. Then after you reach Jr. Member you can start joining social campaign. You need to upgrade on BBS, and as a novice you are basically not allowed to do any kind of reward, even if there are few.
What BBS means? He's allowed in some bounty and he can be awarded even he's just a newbie.It's much better to be a full member.

Based on my own experience, you must post a lot so that you will become a jr. Member. Mostly of the campaign requires the rank of jr.member. I never tried choosing my own campaign because my friend of mine chose for me. I am still new to crypto and like you I have also a lot of questions running through my mind. 
Bounties are mostly for more advanced people with high rank and merit. For doing and participating in bounty, you just need facebook account, twitter, with a lot (or just many) of real followers. While you are getting your rank and struggling for merit, I just suggest you to get you followers in. Good luck.

You and I both have never followed bounty. But do you really never have I do not know. Although I have never followed bounty at all, if I may argue that recognize before you go. This is a senior advice I gave to me.
