In joining or participating in campaign, it is better that you have a much higher rank than the newbie because most of the campaign doesn't accepting newbie rank and jr.member - legendary rank are they mostly accepted that's why it is very hard to find a campaign when you are in the newbie rank. The best thing that you can do for now is do upgrade your rank first. Just need to post more quality and meaningful post until you meet the jr.member position and after that you can now find a campaign that can accepted you. So good luck.
Now there are a lot of bounty members of the company and they do not bring much money. It's better to save money and invest in good projects, it's much more profitable

You also get a twitter account with enough followers
Then you can start off eith social media campaigns
With time you can explore into linkedin and reddit and medium campaigns
When your bitcoin talk account is of junior member rank; then you start participating in signature campaigns

Start posting on the forum within one month, i think you should reach rank of junior member within that time when you reach junior member rank search for a good bounty do the signature.
You first get yourself registered and opened an account with bitcointalk.org and you start posting on the trends. You have many campaigns of your choice which you can choose to start with, it's will be good if you have social media accounts like FB, TWT, Telegram Instagram... etc, but it's will be an advantage if you can Translate languages ,it's carries higher rewards.
Signature is another best campaigns of any bounty, but you have to be in Jr Member to participate in Sig.

First of all you have to go up with the higher positions and after that you can join with the bounty campaigns. There are so many scam bounty campaigns as well and try to select the good projects from recognized bounty managers. If you increase your level up you can participate the signature campaigns as well and can receive more free tokens than social media bounty campaigns. If you want to start a bounty campaign, first find a good campaign to participate then you start with facebook twitter or telegram campaign, you can't wear a signature because you are still newbie
With your level as newbie you cant do signature campaign yet, there is hardly a project that allow newbie to participate in their bounty.

First you need more post. With range : newbie, you can't join to 95% bounty campaing(others 5% - you wil get realy low value of coins).
