well all you need is to search a bounty campaign which is located to Bounties altcoins then find a campaign that suits to you.

You do not need to join all the bounty campaigns. In the "bounty" section of this forum, select the campaign that suits you. But before participating in it, you need to study the project, will it be successful or not. Since with a failed project your work will not be paid.
Basically you just start spamming all the token campaigns. You'll need to have a twitter and facebook accounts that you can post from and earn that way. Maybe the bounty is doing a signature campaign as well. But basically you post about the bounty coin on your social media, which is probably fake follows or bought, and then you spam the bounty thread with the links of those posts to get paid your useless shitcoin that probably won't even be on an exchange 
In my opinion, newbies should consider about different campaigns from signature campaigns first. I think social media campaigns can be good for beginning.
for starters, you need to check your accounts on social networks for a sufficient number of subscribers and it, at least, must be at least 3 months old. also you must have an account on this forum with a rank not lower than Jr.Member. you need the purse of those platforms on which the ICO carries out. minimum - the purse of the Ethereum (now 90% of all ICO is conducted on it).
if you want to start a bounty campaign the simplest y9u to do is find the best campaign then when you find it just read the rules and follow it. the best that you start in social media then a signiture campaign.
If you are a newbie. You must make 2 posts per day till you make 30 posts all. After that You will be junior member. After that you can make myetherwallet. You can make bounty campaign and you choose a PROJECT of Bounty Campaign

With your level as newbie you cant do signature campaign yet, there is hardly a project that allow newbie to participate in their bounty.

First you need to choose or pick a good bounty campaign make a research about them who involved that project or who behind that project for you to avoid scam because some of bounty campaign now are scam and be careful on that.
If you want to start a reward program, first you need to find a reward program that works for you. Facebook, twitter, telegraphic events, translations, signatures, etc.
First thing to do is to learn about this forum like cryptocurrencies, altcoins, bounty and trading and other related things about this. Second, you must have an account that are qualified in joining bounty you should increase your rank from newbie to jr.
I suggest you should to be at least Junior Member forum rank, because you can not join any Bounty Campaign if you are a newbie , reasearch for good bounty that have good project and good bounty manager then try to participate. before decide to participate on bounty you need to read and understand what the rules and follow it.

I think It easy, just go to bounties section. There are many campaigns that you can join, but you just can participate social media like, facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc.
When I started earning a bounty, I first learned the rules on the forum. After that, I created the Metamask wallet. Then I began grow accounts on Twitter and Facebook, then develop content resources. After many time you can find most likely bounties for your time)
to start bounties, all you need do is head over to the bounty section and choose from the bounties listed there. To be successful with bounty campaign, you must follow all the bounty rules and don't go against anyone.
