First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.

I tried two things so far:

1. Fully stoping to smoke
2. Gradually reducing

But it backfired every time. How did you stop?


I am not smoking and I don't want to try to smoke, my father is a smoker and He still can't stop to smoke. I don't why but they say, smoking is really hard to stop especially when you used to it. Even after to eat or even if you want to poop or just want to. Maybe it is better to consult to doctor for the better assistance for this kind of issue.

 smoking is a very addictive habit that quitting can be quite a task,but if one is determined to then the will, Most of the times seeking medical help and personal motivation helps a lot in an effort to quit smoking

To stop on this kind of vices, it needs a strong determination and a 100% decision to stop it. Due to the number one enemy to stop on this was ourselves, if we control ourselves it will be easy for us to change it for sure.

the way to quit smoking is
1. to divert the mind to smoke, looking for a good work doing a job that takes a long time.
2. exercise routine untun train breathing.
3. Stay away from the smoking environment.
4. reducing foods that can stimulate to smoke for example spicy and spicy food rather sharp.
5. read a lot about the health of smokers who can damage organs.

It depends on the person and on how dedicated one is when it comes to stopping the habit. Some can do it in an instant while some would have to lessen it until it finally is out of their system. Nonetheless, the important tjing is that they are able to stop.

What so hard to stop smoking ? What you need to do is just stop buying that trash and use your money properly. You just wasted your money with cigarette.

How to stop smoking you can divert it with candy or something that makes you get out of cigarettes, it is not instanst because it takes process.

It's not that simple as we thought, smoking is addicting also. That is why you can see a lot of smokers. One solution for this is to reduce gradually and not to stop immediately. If it is too hard on you. Do it in this manner. If you smoke once a week, try resolving it by removing just a day. If you smoke in a day at least 3 times, try removing at least one cigarette. Until the next day when for about a week. Removing one will help you quit a bit. The next two weeks you might remove the other cigarette you smoke for a day. Until you will have nothing left for the day. So remove another day of smoking by doing just the same. And instead of smoking replace your habit with another thing, like eating candies as replacement. until you will be eating candies only. Maybe this will work. Of course everything depends on us.

Just tell yourself that if you can't stop, that's 'cos you've got no balls. That worked for me. And I lived 2 weeks with cigarettes and lighter in the pocket without touching them.
If you really doesnt want to smoke dont buy cigarrit and dont ever taste.If you want to avoid it its better you use candy hahaha,just dont buy and dont smoke thats all

Smoking is injurious to health and it causes of cancer. Young Boy's are failed in a trap by smoking. I think if we can do busy of young boys in works, play, many interesting things etc they are not interest in smoking. We should hate it and try to our level best to stop smoking. We should understand that it is not only harmful for our health but also makes pollution.

I am more concerned with smoking than I am with alcohol. Because if a person is drinking alcohol, the direct effects are not felt by anyone else. But when someone is smoking, even those who are sitting at a distance are affected by the smoke. Passive smoking in rare cases have caused cancer and other health hazards.

Smoking is injurious and it causes cancer. Man can do everything if he wants from his mind. We should hate it. Caoue it's kills slowly. And a serious smoker can't leave smoke initially. He should leave it slowly. Once should avoid smoking slowly...

I am on week 3 of the patch and it has worked for me so far.  I recommend buying the generic brands and stay away from the expensive ones.  If you end up cheating, it will be a less expensive option.  I do wish there was more anti smoking advertisements.  I'm beginning to see more and more young children start up the habit
