you got fired at your job and the wisest thing you thought of is to gamble?
get your life together, stop whining on forums and man up

you are depressed cause you allowed yourself to be depressed

See a doctor, or a psychologist, its hard to deal it yourself. it is a disorder or a disease. you really need to see a doctor

as title saying..how to overcome deep depression ??

I am 27 years old, my one kidney stopped working 3 years ago.due to high calcium in body my hairs started falling out , i leaved my studies and after a year an IT company company fired me  then i started working at home before few months my luck was so good in gambling but since a year i am looking for good business , but still i am fail  Cry Cry .

I am not posting this story for any donation

but these are reasons of my depression , i joined since community forum since few months ago and i feel this best to share there.

Sorry to hear that to get over of depression you should start working on things you like and enjoy doing it but if you keep doing things that you don't like and doing it because you need to do it then it will make you tired and depressed. So find something that interests you and keep doing it until you see positive results. I thing you get depressed if you overthink or you are in fear of something try to get rid of these things.

15 minutes of sun light to stay boos your mood and avoid alcohol and self compassion is key and seeing social media gives some relief

Being depressed is the most painful and scariest feelings for me, well I experienced being depressed long time ago, the feeling that you dont want to eat,dont want to go out from your room,crying all the time,thinking of ending my life. But my mom saved me, she comforts me and didnt leave my side,she let me go out from my shell. She went with me at the mall actually she bought me things that i really like,brought me to the salon for make over. Listening to me and cry with me and prayed so hard with me thats why im so thankful and love my mom so much she was my savior. If you are depressed dont let it consume you go out with love ones and friends,make your self productive and pray to god that you can surpass all the painful feelings you are experiencing.

I used to battle serious depression. I woke up in the morning even though I had only slept 1-2 hours.
Couldn't get back to sleep. Didn't like to be alone. But even when i hang out with friends, I still feel uncomfortable.
Whatever things I do, it just doesn't feel right. I suffer through months and finally it had gotten away.
During that time, when I dont feel depressed is when I spend quality time with my family.

My take on this is always have people around you. I never had deppressiin but witnessed one. As a way of helping a depressed person, I talked to them and listen to the everytime. Sometimes, depressed people just needs someone to talk to and somebody to lean on on these dark times. Whenever I talk to them, we talk about their preferences and their likes. This feeds them positive thoughts and gives them life.

Try to focus to the Gym and fill your time with good hobbies. Important thing is to be again 100% healthy, so go in every doctor and cure your self , make all the tests.

How to cope with depression with regular exercise, especially in the morning we can breathe fresh air and can refresh our mind and make us become more positive.

keep the spirit, there are still many stories out there that are worse than us. It's not about our story, living life with gratitude and doing our best. Do what you can to make others happy because the happiness is contagious.

when i got depress .. i just cry and cry one night and then after that i fight and choose to focus to my priority in life and i choose to be happy .. and i pray .. prayer is the most weapon that i/you can use to fight in life in every situation that you /i encounter ..

Go out with your friends and surround yourself with happy people.
Pray to God for guidance.
Eat healthy food.
Do some new hobbies.

i use to drink bir and get drunk. sleep and go to work like usually.. make a bright day. not just thinking over problem csnnot be solve. be positive.
