Depression is very treatable.  Best results come from a combination of psychotherapy and antidepressant medication. Make sure you like and respect your therapist. Some studies have found that regular exercise is just as effective as antidepressants--5 times per week, 30 minutes at least. Something moderately vigorous, like brisk walking, swimming, jogging. Start slow. Socialization is really important too. Good luck!

There are two approaches in my opinion to deal with depression, the first one is by talking with other, socialize with other people or involve in social acts and the second one is by taking reflection or individual intervention by myself.

dancing singing and spending with friends watching movies and listening to music and going to pub parties and going to dating with our best partner to long drive and doing yoga mediation these all are give us some relaxation..

as title saying..how to overcome deep depression ??

I am 27 years old, my one kidney stopped working 3 years ago.due to high calcium in body my hairs started falling out , i leaved my studies and after a year an IT company company fired me  then i started working at home before few months my luck was so good in gambling but since a year i am looking for good business , but still i am fail  Cry Cry .

I am not posting this story for any donation

but these are reasons of my depression , i joined since community forum since few months ago and i feel this best to share there.
it is not the end of the world i guess being happy is a choice.

A long restful sleep will help.
When i am depressed i feel alone, so i take out my family and enjoy some time with them

Aim for at least 15 minutes of sunlight a day to boost your mood. If you live somewhere with little winter sunshine, try using a light therapy box. Practice relaxation techniques. A daily relaxation practice can help relieve symptoms of depression, reduce stress, and boost feelings of joy and well-being. Talk to someone who understands you. Try to spend as much time with other people. Listen to music. Follow your hobby.
On a panic attack, drink a lot of water and take long breaths and walk.

Depression is very difficult case to handle, when your under depression. It keeps you from wanting to treat yourself. Your will to be happy in other words is gone, and all you can think about is sorrow. Now there are different ways in treating depression and the results are awesome but the best help they can receive is the unconditional love and understanding from his family.

If i am depressed i used to talk to my friends or go out and watch movies or eat ou or shopping with different activities my depression becomes less.

I deal with depression like a true master I take my focus on other things such as thinking good memories and distract my self with the things I love to do until my depression wore out but if it doesn't wore out yet I will find the root of my depression and make it disappear if its a person I'll deal with him/her even if it is hard.

You cannot fight depression by being alone. There is a great battle on this earth. You need the power of the Living God to rescue you, and be willing to surrender your life to JESUS, our Lord and Savior. Ask the help from your family, real friends, and spiritual leaders to pray for you and help you overcome depression. Discover the main roots of all bitterness, hatred, unforgiveness, failures and other factors in your depression. JESUS loves you so much. 

Well said Brother. I hope OP is doing well today. Overcoming depression starts with identifying its roots. Sin is the reason of all our hardships and miseries in life. Jesus already saved us from it. Repent and trust in the Lord. As it is written in John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

I play video games to take my mind away from depressing toughts. That helps only for a while but at the end of the day when u put your head to pillow they are back. So i am not good at dealing with it.

Depression is a serious thing. It is very different from stress. It needs a medication but your body might become dependent from it when taken for a very long time. Try counselling it might help you. I wish you well.

When feeling depress, i usually eat a lot, but sometimes when there is nothing to eat i just distract myself by doing what i love the most. Killing time by doing what you love is the best way to ease the feeling of depression. For those depress in their work, try to relax and take a sleep, in short just take a break. When taking a break don't ever think of what have made you depressed. Think of funny moments or happy memories in your life and when you are happy and have calmed down. Get back to work and look for a different perspective.
