as title saying..how to overcome deep depression ??

I am 27 years old, my one kidney stopped working 3 years ago.due to high calcium in body my hairs started falling out , i leaved my studies and after a year an IT company company fired me  then i started working at home before few months my luck was so good in gambling but since a year i am looking for good business , but still i am fail  Cry Cry .

I am not posting this story for any donation

but these are reasons of my depression , i joined since community forum since few months ago and i feel this best to share there.
Im also being depressed when my gf broke my heart i cant even move on until now. If only i can kill her with my bear hand ill be more than happy to do that. But since there is a small love i will do that bit instead ill be more focused on my self and face depression. I am also dping some work out activity to manage this. Hope it helps.

Tomorrow I get Tibetan mushroom but actually called kefir grains, I do not know if I express well on the term, but they call it elixir of youth
helps with depression, boosts concentration, destroys malagne cells, helps with digestion, removes the feeling of tiredness, and a lot of things more.
put it in milk, and it it converted into kefir, every day in the period of 12-24  hours

I'll try it, it helped a lot of people through history, I read about the longevity of people from the Caucasus, which used it and Tibet

I don't get depressed because next to me there's always my beloved German shepherd. She gives me a sea of positive. I also love fishing so when I'm alone I have no sad thoughts.
Here I really completely agree with you. Because pets help me very well both with a bad mood, and with all sorts of psychological disorders.

I know people get depressed .i think the best solution to it to get to bed to have a good sleep .
It will help to make a good decision which will help to get depressed.
Or you can do signature campaign when you are too depressed which is the best way for me to get rid of depresssion.

One the best way to cope up is to find supporter group closer to your location or check out for some good community on web.

I join some year's back in 2004 when i lost my elder sister & went through series of unemployment issue before i decided to start-up a home based biz.

Secondly, gambling will not be good for someone in your situation. As suggest by other member's start-up sometime based on your passion (interest)

NOTE : ebay is a perfect place for anyone who want's to start making small buck from home.

find a hobby, stay away from negative thoughts, grow a plant, go to nature

when that was not possible i played LOTS of games and drink
or get real tired and put on some club music Cheesy
because being overtired at some point messes u up more than drinks Tongue
In general, you need to make another problem for the person who has depression. There are people who do not have priorities and begin to lose heart over trifles. Here's to break his nose and he will already think only about the fact that his nose hurts and all problems will go to another area.

If you smile then you don't have depression. Actually this is a pretty severe mental disorder which can even lead to suicide. As an example, can you give an example of the life of Marilyn Monroe.

When i get depressed, i try to make myself busy in different works. Also, i listen to music and sometimes i pass my time in my garden.

yes i can'y forget this thread , and thanks to all. Really all these are good advices
I really hoped Annie would not forget about this thread, there are some nice advices here. Many people had ups and downs in life, though time will come no matter how much money you got, how good job or loving family. There is always something missing.... Dont give up, set your goals and you'll achieve it sooner or later.

I think everyone has their own form of depression though some experience it in a more severe way. When I feel that depression is eating me away, I do my best to focus on other things. Getting a hobby would be great. My own job gets me depressed at times so sticking to a hobby is a great alternative. Arts and crafts is a good choice. You may not be good at drawing but there's always a creative side in everyone.

Id say the big thing to avoid dépression is accept yourself, and dont think you should be something you are not and cant achieve, or that you should be more than what you are, it's putting too much pressure on yourself and deplete your mental energy to reach goals that probably arent even really making you happy be side the image you have of it.

And also you need to find things that make you feel happy, and do them more, instead of trying to push yourself to do things that doesn't really make you happy, and doesn't make you feel good about yourself.

You can only push yourself when you have good mental stability and not plenty of different inner conflict about what you should be doing or not, and how bad you are to fail to reach those ideal. You need to find that mental stability and be at peace with yourself, be side fail ure or not meeting a certain ideal version of yourself, then you can eat any problem alive Wink

Need patience, compassion with yourself, nobody is perfect Wink and really you never know what you can become Wink

To fight depression, I try something to distract yourself from the bad thoughts. Sometimes it helps. If that fails, you can watch your favorite movie. The main thing is not to feel sorry for yourself

depression can kill your state of mind. It came to a point before that I want to kill myself, be burned and vanish. But by the help of family and friends, I cope up. I also engaged to some activities like running or  joining marathoms or enrolling in the gym inorder to release the tension I am experiencing. But most especialliy, I pray everyday. And It works.
