The only best way to treat depression is to move to a place where no one is living. Depression, alias "social discomfort syndrome", "crowd contact disorder". As long as far away from the crowd, do not meet with anyone, there will be no such thing as depression. .

but these are reasons of my depression , i joined since community forum since few months ago and i feel this best to share there.
The best way to escape or engage with the depression is spending time with family. There is no such better thing than the love of family. They would put a hapiness in your face, when you are sad by just sharing your thoughts, I think that is the best way to express what you feel(no lies).

Whether it is unhappiness, anxiety, or full blown depression, either way, it takes a certain amount of focus/commitment and expanded consciousness to get out of it in a way that is sustainable.

In any event, for someone with such issues, there is significant emotional (magnetic) distortion in their space that needs to be re-balanced/re-calibrated.

Medically, your options are very limited. I am not a doctor, but it's pretty common knowledge that conventional medicine/therapy is essentially pointless - there are no cures, only pills you get prescribed for life that have loads of side-effects. Or you can go to therapy - for years and years...

Once you start to focus on expanding your perspective and consciousness, and once you start to get come clarity about your purpose (it's bigger/grander than you would have thought), it is much easier to cultivate a sense of optimism, and you will begin to live a much more intentional/enjoyable life.

For the most part, the core purpose(s) of all humans is the same. Once you start to get a handle on that, your unique/individual set of purposes will start to become clear, even obvious.

Make no mistake; it is not easy - especially in the early stages. There is learning/practice required. You need to get clear of conditioning. You need to get clear of engrained/unconscious limiting beliefs. This is first part of the challenge you were aware of and agreed to before incarnating. You knew it would be difficult - even seem impossible at times, but you also knew it was possible and that there would be the help you needed when you began to open up to it and ask for it.

It is not much different than realizing you are seriously out of shape and 20kilos over weight. It will take some real focus/attention to shifting in habits and having some clear intentions about direction.

The fact that you have had issues in the physical body was an early sign that there were significant/underlying issues in the mental/emotional bodies. Once you get the mental/emotional issues sorted, you will improve your overall well-being (physical body included) at the same time, and potentially avoid future biological issues.

Email/pm me if you would like more detailed info/suggestions.

Best,
*e

If you are depressed it is because you are constantly thinking about things that make you unhappy, get your brain active on something else, working out, watching funny movies, playing video games, change your surroundings. Make a new friend, talking to someone can completely change your life and make you a lot happier, even if your just talking to someone. STOP gambling, I gambled excessively at one point, going from extremely happy to extremely sad can make becoming sad in your life a lot easier, not to mention you will lose money.

The #1 way to become happy is to communicate, I know someone who suffers from anxiety due to a hand injury he got when he was young causing him to lose 3 of his fingers. He says I am the only one he talks to and if he didn't talk to me or anyone else he would have gone insane. When your brain has no one to talk to you can become bored and when you become bored you can become depressed very easily. I don't talk to many people in my life but I play video games and just try to make people laugh during it which keeps me sane.

Another tip I have is to make money, when your making money it not only gives you something to do thus reduce boredom but can too make you happier in your day to day life.

Don't dwell on the past excite yourself and prepare for the future.

If you are in depression you need a specialist to give you a proper advice.  While you are at it, you can start the change yourself.  Try to reach out to your family or your friend.  Their support might help you forget your depression.  Diversify if you feel like depression or anxietyis about to start, you can start doing stuff  that make you feel good. And most of all challenge your negative thoughts.

I focus on my hobbies, go to the gym, meditate. Stop beating myself up. Take a step back to figure out why I'm depressed. Surround myself with positive people. Maybe you need professional help? 27 years old - your story is not over - there is still hope.

This, going to the gym deletes almost all frustration and stress you may have, 100% recommended, not just for achieving a good body, it is all mental.

When I feel that depression tries to sink in my system I try to make myself busy. Do chores, go out, make a project or rest these things helps me divert my worries if I really can't handle it I drink and sleep so that I won't think too much. But I ensure that I won't get wasted when I drink.

The doctor will give you the best advice in this regard. The doctor will give you medicine to defeat depression.

Things that we will write here will not go beyond ordinary recommendations. In my opinion, it is necessary to pay attention to nutrition and sleeping order as a priority for a healthy life. Staying motionless negatively affects human psychology. You can register for a gym. You will be happier and more confident as you see the change from your body.

Of course one of the most important medicines is Sex Smiley
Yes, a regular sex life will make you a happier individual.

Asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of. Family can be very helpful, but I suggest professional therapy if you feel like you came to a wall and cant move on. Your health and business is your biggest problems, try focus on them first. Depending on your health, maybe walks in nature would be most apropiate exercise, somewhat like meditation. And again, talk about your problems, dont give up and hide it from yourself and world. I hope all will be well, I believe you can overcome this Smiley

I like that "your story is not over - there is still hope" phrase.
Just think that you are still breathing & can do a lot more - more than anyone!

Don't think of others' success in life as yours is a unique one.

In the end, we will all be buried & forgotten...
