Many thanks, a significant increase in hashes!
But, the awesomeminer does not display the temperature, accepted and etc.
How to set up correctly?
Good to hear. Temps, accepted/rejected will be fixed in next version.
Having said that, I'm still hoping they will repay my balance lost in that security breach...
I think they will once they get enough funds of fees/etc.
Awesome! Will try in a few min. So it wasn't Fall Windows update problem after all?
I'm using server power supplies on most of the rigs. 9x1080Ti is powered by two 2,400W Delta running at 50% of rated capacity and on 240V circuit.
It's 1709 strange behavior with stack aligment, I've just made some improvements to be compatible with it. Great PSU, I should buy one for myself.
well, well.. hm, ok) I will test as well cause sometimes the hsr miner is crushing and once I start it again, it mines for palgin every start.
so I'm ok to test this version, hence stability issues are fixed? right? I hope it will work as described without any hidden features
Yes, give it a try, feedback any issues, I will try to fix it if something doesn't work well.
Anyone have any steps to use this miner with the NiceHash legacy client?
I see they added support for it, but am unable to find how to replace the CCMiner.exe for NeoScrypt.
Also, if you can replace CCMiner, is there anyway to specify your launch paramaters to -i 3 -c 4 ?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
You can manually replace ccminer.exe with my fork. Copy hsrminer_neoscrypt_fork.exe to ccminer_neoscrypt folder, delete ccminer.exe there and rename hsrminer_neoscrypt_fork.exe to ccminer.exe - it will work. The only thing that doesn't work for now - it's their benchmark, they read miner's output from screen and color logo probably break their parser, so for me it's always quickly return 88 kh/s. On a bright side - you don't have to wait for benchmark
As for options, -i should work but this miner usually work well without intensity tweaking. As for -c 4, I don't know what 4 mean, in original ccminer.exe -c is for loading config file.
Just registered to say thank you. The new version works flawlessly on Win10 build 1709.
The reported hash rate is a bit higher, both on pool side (miningpoolhub) and on miner itself, compared to the original hsrminer. Which is nice surprise. Not using the build-in API.
My setup is: 2xEVGA Nvidia 1080 SC2 with memory +350Mhz and core +152Mhz, fans @55%, reported temperature and fan speed is correct - it is equal to what EVGA precision XOC tool displays.
No crashes for almost 20 hours, no exceed CPU utilization.
Keep the good work.
Thank you, glad that you like it. Will try to improve it further.
