It could be some kind of vitamin deficiency(B12, D, etc.). You have to see a doctor.

Get a checkup just in case but it sounds psychological. Try and seek help from a professional and take it seriously.

I agree with other suggestions to go see a doctor.  It could be something like low Vitamin D levels which is what my friend had.

You probably overwork just like me and don't have enough time to rest so the fatigue accumulates inside your body.
That's why you constantly feel tired and get frustrated because you can't utilize your full potential in that condition.

Healthy food, fresh air, additional couple hours of sleep, meditation, exercising helps a lot.

I Suggest that if you feel tired mostly then you have to consider to get check through doctor as soon as possible because this can be happens because of illness or some kind of decease as well. Once I was feeling this so get checked and diagnosed with sugar. So try to get check early.

You should try to go to the gym to gain more resistance. Try to improve your mood watching funny videos to cheer up a little bit Also you should take vitamins or some energy drinks like Gatorade or orange juice. Try to sleep well in the night (turn off your smartphone). Drinking coffee is nice but do not become addicted to it mix it with hot chocolate sometimes or try some decaf

Did anyone have such a thing that you constantly feel tired, do not want to do anything? I always have this. I do not know what to do. My health is fine, i think. Who has ideas?

Sometimes I have the samr life periods. I have energy only to persuade myself to go to work, sleep and eat sometimes.
I can't even make myself to go out with friends or read a book.
Well, it actually ends on its own, but I try not to force myself and sleep as much as I want  Grin

First, go see a doctor to check your hormones level. Second, you should find joy in life (new language, music, friend, partner) - the reason you wake up in the morning and feel fresh.

Well, may be you have to start doing sport. Because I am always feel myself much better and more active when I am starting to do sports. I become tired less, and feel very healthy. But if you are (just as me) work really much, and you always feel tired for this reason, then you should reduce all your load to maximum, and relax as much as you can. Christmas is soon!
