You should check to see if you are suffering from sleep apnea. It is a condition that can produce the kind of symptoms you describe. Sleep apnea sufferers stop breathing for a few seconds while they sleep. During the night their breathing stops many times. You can't get a deep enough or long enough night's rest to feel rested. You will constantly feel tired all day long. You should talk to your doctor about this. The doc can recommend a specialist to determine whether you suffer from this or not. Best of luck to you

It happens to me sometimes, and I try to either 1) sleep as long as possible, or 2) go out and be as active as possible.

I think first you should start think about your life goals. If still haven't any goals please make some. make self motivation at every morning. I think watching some motivation videos will make your mind for being optimistically.

Did anyone have such a thing that you constantly feel tired, do not want to do anything? I always have this. I do not know what to do. My health is fine, i think. Who has ideas?

I have this condition all the time, nothing helps me either. But, the only thing I can advise you: do not be lazy and do not exaggerate

Start expanding your energy and you will receive more of it back. Do more sports, improve your diet, drink more water, go out more, socialise, start your own business, spend more time physically moving, have more sex.

Start first with reevaluating your daily habits. Follow a healthy living pattern like having a complete sleep, balanced diet and exercise, and lastly a stress free disposition. Afterwhich, if you are still feeling overfatigued most of the time, you might need to be seen by a physician for work up.

It's in your diet. I also had a similar issue years ago until I adapted my diet. I have a sedentary life because I live most of my life in front of a computer. The only way to feel less tired is:
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep / night and not more than 8h30m
- Eat carbs only once a week. I have a pizza only on Sunday. Rest of the week no past, no bread, no nothing.

Since I started eating carbs only once a week, I get up every day before the alarm, except on Monday

It is still best to consult a physician. For the mean time, evaluate yourself. Do you have any other symptoms? If yes, consult immediately. Are you having a constant stressor? Stress can cause you to feel a little off the weather.

I think this is the norm in our time. We have a bad environment and unnatural food. I think most people feel the same way.

You should probably do exercise and eat healthy foods. Do things that can actually make you feel happy, if those won't probably work then you should take an advice and check up from a doctor.

Eat some chocolates. It picks up my mood and sort of remove the feeling of being tired away if only for a bit.

You can not be constantly be tired, except if you have 80 - 90+ years. It is sign of very serious health problem - so you must visit doctor. I knew one man, who also was tired all the time, and now after doctors & hospital, he is happy, if he can walk 50 meters to nearest shop to buy something, before he returned to his bed at home. At the beginning he was also just constantly tired and nothing more.

Many reasons may happen for this. Are you mentally healthy? You need a trigger to enjoy your everyday life, then you will not feel tired anymore.

I always feel that way. I'm not sure what's healthy. Perhaps we have some kind of disease about which we don`t know, we need to undergo a full examination by a doctor. By the way, it may be that hemoglobin is lowered.
