Consider the present economic right now, people tend to lose a certain amount because they easily get frustrated and panic with that low market price.

Think that from the very concept, everything in consideration (may in aspects of mind, emotion, and physical) are correlated with each other (the price, trust, popularity). If everyone will think to discharge and incurring the loss, then the market price will continuously decrease and many people will incur the LOSS. This would mean a lowering of "trust" and simply, we can conclude market will experienced the crisis.

Thus, the very means and concept of this kind of weakness may provide benefits to other people. Just what everyone always says. HODL.. HODL..HODL.. Everything will get to its value.

That depends on the how strong the fundamental that will support the coin itself. As long as the major coin will get another good fundamental and it can give a lot of impact to the small altcoin too. It that can bring the positive trend to the crypto and i think that can increase easily.
