Do not think of hurting yourself because of the coin. The advice i can give you is that you keep the coin for something. Just consider it to be a lost money and focus on something else. I believe in some months to come you will get something out of it.
Don't panic, take this as a big lesson for you. Yes, you lost much with such a long and big drop. But do not be killed next time you will be much better to analyze the market before investing.
It takes a month or year for you to wait at least 20x and up profit from what you invest in crypto down side is always part of the game. It needs time and you need to wait for the perfect time.

Well I guess you got FOMO bro but don't worry you are not alone and if you are long term with crypto then there is nothing to be afraid of. Just hold on your coin it will rise again.
This can happen to everyone in cryptomarkets. You may feel like you are in right place or time to buy but you may watch dropping and regret. You should be patient, wait for next bull cycle to be completed.
If the market is in the pump phase then definitely a person should never invest at that time. We all know the nature of bitcoin and altcoins very well. They fluctuate. Which means the opposite of present trend is supposed to happen in future at any time. Instead of rushing, waiting till the prices go down is much better. it's a very drastic thing for you to experience but i suggest don't lose hope and be a hodler. Because in crypto those who hodl are the one who wins. In order for you not only to recover your paper loss but to gain more, i am very positive that the market will hit it's ATH again. All of them will join the bullrun soon it's a matter of patience for us people i assure you. Look at the market most of the coins are gaining momentum again speciallty BTC and ETH which is a very good indication.
