As per my judgment you have only this amount and you can not afford the loss right? so i will advice you don;t invest in ICO and never buy any shit coin, Only invest it in top 10 coins i will suggest you TRX which is cheap and in near future it may return you good, XRP, ADA,Ethereum and BTC are also good to invest, Buy and hold for good return.

There are different options and they differ from the market situation. For example, it it is a growing market you can simply hold and the amount will grow. I see only one option to increase your value - to trade your ethereum with margin trading on bitmex for instance. But it very risky - if you are a newbie than better to make some bounties maybe.
