I think hodling your assets would be the most positive strategy to follow especially right now where the market is so unpredictable. If you have held off selling upto this time, I think it won't really matter to hold a little more until the crypto market corrects itself and recovers. Patience is the best thing to do right now.
So, all what i just could to wish to you is be more carefull with coins, which you chose. Be more selectly with that and make correct decisions. All will be good.
Now you can return them if you act based on your experience and with the mind. Now you can buy many of the most promising coins and earn more than you lost. Many have lost not 80%, but 200-1000% so that you are still doing well.
I also lost a lot. But I have not lost hope that the cryptocurrency market will recover and I will again be able to earn good money on this.

Sad to hear that boy but I must suggest to Hodl it if you don't need money to spend as of now until the project booms or pump the tokens or maybe good news in their platform. As I recall many ICO's have good but it was depends of the people choosing it and to profitable someday.

You can start up again to earn some profit from other coins to earn but now it's hard to earn because the market is not already recover for some altcoins drops for their prices. I think this is the possibility why you loss your money in alts.
you shouldn't sell them. as long you not selling them you still holding same amount of BTC. only way is you have to wait till the market come back to previous state, get back the original amount of BTC you have before. or if still confident to the market bull run, you might can wait till go up to another high record to make profit. it will be along wait.
