Those crypto you mentioned is strong so if I were you I will just hold and wait till I get recovered or get a profit because even if you invest in btc only you also lose a lot . If you cash out you lose just go with the holding and be patient .
don't sell any coins when market price is low, keep hold until you will receive the profits, crytpto market price graph will grow up coming days hence keep hold till this year end
If you sell altcoin , you will lose everything , you bought altcoins that you didn't research about them , dev team , roadmap ,and now you need do again .Choose invest good altcoins or just buy only bitcoin , i guess you just trade bitcoin, or hold bitcoin long term it will helpful for you.

Almost of of us losses much profit with this bearish months. Me also have lost quite amounts of percentage profits. For me, it is advisable to just hold the coins until the market regains its price. Because selling this coins to a low prices don't give us good profits, and when the time comes that the coins go back to its normal prices, much more damage loss we can get.
if you didnt sell while BTC was on going on its bull run, the only thin you can really do now is wait. you could sell your bags and get back into eth or btc now for the next anticipated bull run,,,but then you'd be selling at the loss. man decisions

The only thing I'd do if I were on your shoe is probably to hold since alts is dipping now. If you still have money, you might want to research for another altcoin to invest and see if you could profit from there and recoup your loss from another altcoin.

You must find other promising coins to get your money back. Learn the market and make the right investments.
Yeah absolutely that s the right things to do that you should look for the potential ICO’s, but if things getting worse you should think of holding, and let this thing to settle down, because if you force the issue you would end bleeding to death, anyway market wil recover very soon.
Uncertainty in the market is definitely there. You need to be patient, if we are not patient for now then the future loss will come. There are many good altcoin projects in the market right now. Maybe you can look for some airdrops to cover your loss. But my personal advice is not book any loss by selling your coins.
