Initially, I expect Bangladesh not to lose by a big margin against Australia, but the minus point for Bangladesh could be Shakib Al Hasan's captaincy and his all-round performance. Shakib Al Hasan's absence will undoubtedly create a lot of ill effects on the entire team. There are some experienced cricketers in the team who might overcome this bad influence. Since a win or loss won't have much impact for Bangladesh, Bangladesh will have to make sure they don't lose by too big a margin against Australia. Bangladesh will surely go to the field to win against Australia because no team from China should be defeated before entering the field. Today's match was irrelevant for all practical purposes. Afghanistan should be happy with the fact that they qualified for the 2025 Champions Trophy. When the tournament started, I didn't had much hope for Afghanistan, as their recent form was very poor. Even during the Asia Cup, they failed to qualify for the Super-4 stage. But they surprised everyone in this tournament. After the initial setback against Bangladesh, they managed to defeat three very strong teams (Sri Lanka, England and Pakistan). There are a lot of positives for Afghanistan to take away from this tournament.

There is no doubt this was one of the best end for the Afghanistan, or we can call this is start of the new era for them in white-ball format they have done impressive performance specially with the help of the host India which was giving them some special treatment throughout event but their defeat in first game against Bangladesh was really setback for them otherwise things can go much better for them.
Their wins against teams like England, Pakistan and Sri Lanka is historic and ending above against teams like Sri Lanka and England is also giving all how they are dedicated to this game in near future as well they need to change their on field behavior as team and also works on batting can bring improvement which could be helpful for them to stay at the better spot.

South Africa won the match by 5 wickets against Afghanistan. Afghanistan team was all team out on 244 runs. Both teams played very well and at the end South African team was announced as victorious. Van der dussen played very well and made 76 runs in 95 balls ,he remained not out at the end of inning. From Afghanistan batting side, Omarzai made 97 runs in just 107 balls .From South African bowling side ,Gerald played excellent and took 4 wickets by giving 44 runs in 10 overs.Lungi Ngidi took 2 wickets by giving 69 runs in 8.3 overs and Maharaj also took 2 wickets by giving only 25 runs in 10 overs.South will play Semi final against Australia and South Africa is favorite for Semi final and it will qualify for final and it will play final against India.

Did you really thought that Afghanistan had a good chance of qualifying for the semis? Out of the three teams who had 8 points each after the 8th round (Afghanistan, New Zealand and Pakistan), Afghans had the lowest net run rate. Even for Pakistan, it is getting almost impossible to qualify (they need to win by a margin of 287 runs, or need to chase down the target in just 2.5 overs). Afghanistan was never really in the race. But to their credit, they have secured qualification to the 2025 Champions trophy, which by itself is a great achievement.

This is exactly why South Africa are known as chokers. First they allowed Afghanistan to setup a formidable total of 244, after having them 160/7. And then they collapsed from 116/2 to 193/5. Rassie van der Dussen is at crease along with Andile Phehlukwayo. Latter has made 3 from 13 balls till now. They should have rather sent Gerald Coetzee or Keshav Maharaj ahead of him. The required run rate is now inching close to 6 runs per over. The problem for Afghanistan is that only one over each is remaining for Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi.

South Africa won the match in the match. But winning this match was not easy for South Africa. I am sure if South Africa had batted first on this pitch they could have given a target of 350+. They have this ability. But this team is weak when it comes to run chase. This is South Africa's main weakness in this World Cup.

The pitch was spin-friendly. Spin bowlers from both teams bowled well today. As Afghanistan squad has talented spin bowlers like Nabi and Rashid Khan. So South Africa has to face a lot of problems to collect 245 runs. However, the excellent performance of Dussen and Andile saw the South African team reach the target by losing 5 wickets. Dussen remained unbeaten on 76 and Andile on 37.

Actually nothing can be said for sure about the game. Australia is a strong team they have already secured semi finals. Australia vs Bangladesh match tomorrow. There will be a change in the field for Australia tomorrow. Shakib Al Hasan is unable to play tomorrow's match due to injury. It is not possible to say how much success Enamul Haque will be able to show instead. However, the absence of Shakib Al Hasan is really disappointing for Bangladesh.Then Bangladesh must perform well against a strong team. Bangladesh's victory against Australia will not be so easy. Bangladesh is ahead in the current equation of playing Champions Trophy. I am talking about how Bangladesh is ahead in this equation. If Bangladesh bats first and Bangladesh must bat for a minimum of 23 overs in the second innings, regardless of how many they collect. If Australia wins in 23.1 overs, still Bangladesh will qualify for the Champions Trophy by being slightly ahead in terms of net run rate. On the other hand, if Bangladesh bats in the second innings and if Australia scores 400 runs in the first innings and if Bangladesh can score 190 runs, then Bangladesh will qualify for the Champions Trophy. Now the only hope will be that Bangladesh is not defeated by a huge margin against Australia. If the margin of victory is too big, the dream of playing the champion trophy of Bangladesh will end.

It is never possible for Pakistan to qualify for the semi-finals because the England Pakistan match is such that if Pakistan wins the toss and bats, they will have to collect 500 runs and England will have to be bowled out within 50 runs. Such an equation is only possible in imagination but very difficult to implement in practice.

New Zealand kicked out Pakistan and Afghanistan out of the World Cup and also kill the dream of Sri Lanka 2025 Champions Trophy Qualifications. The win against Sri linka will place New Zealand to top 4 secure position and almost guaranted their spot in the semi-finals. Sri Lanka defeat killed their hopes of qualifying for the 2025 Champions Trophy. Current Batsmen are strong and good attackers in batting lineup. Kock scored 41 runs in 47 balls with two 4s and three 6s.
