Bitcoin is at a volatile price range, that is why there is not many ICO's. If Bitcoin was at a steady uptrend then there would be more genuine ICO's.
it has nothing to do with friend. the project scam is present at any time will not see the growth of the bitcoin market or vice versa. ICO may be less, where there is an IEO that has more potential for investment. or later there will be a newer way of selling and maybe ICO can be stopped.

I also tend to believe that ico will soon recover. Only in a different format. More working products are needed to renew investors ' trust.

but I think they are growing, because the crypto market is growing and now it is again easy to collect money and deceive investors

If the market still maintains a good growth rate like a few months ago, I think there will be many new projects coming out like 2017. And unfortunately there will be many more scam projects too.
ico hype for now are replaced by IEO launchpad from exchange, and ico it's not reliable again for investor investing their money, because ico can be ended with scamming investor because without escrow between investor and developer

it's wrong if I see. now ico is being abandoned by many invevstors and they are turning to the IEO and if possible indeed ico can return to good I think it can make up for his mistakes last year where many investors were disappointed because of scam projects. 
On contrary, icos are dying slowly and ieos are taking over the fund raising of new projects. Icos won’t vanish but they will become very rare in the near future.
So far it is difficult to believe this because most companies are trying to find money for making IEO, because IEO gives a great opportunity for success and companies understand this, but ICO`s of course will not disappear anywhere in the near future, that's for sure.

Compared to the past, I don't see more ICO nowadays or maybe I just don't notice it since majority has no success in raising funds.
What is increase now in numbers are the IEO not ICO, you better carefully check the market right now, ICO is not a big thing anymore.

it seems that you are joking too much, you also have never seen the actual development of ICO, isn't it now that some ICO projects are destroyed and not susceptible? even some of them prefer to do the IEO?so which ICO do you think is developing? and become a good future for the ICO project?
I see ICO slowly being replaced by the IEO, most of IEO project appear everyday and I personally prefer to choose IEO for investment.
ICOs were hyped in 2017 to mid 2018, after that they are only decreasing. Even good projects facing difficulties in raising funds because of scams and alt market bear run. Worse thing is now they are replaced with IEOs where people need to hold exchange tokens to buy it. In near future i don't see ICO market recovery same as 2017. Till then go for IEOs if you can hold exchange tokens OR buy existing tokens in market which have good team and real usecase.
All the ICOs need investors, And this is the thing that proves that ICO will keep increasing and evolving, as we can see from the past that there are many ICO that are successful and trustworthy, But then not all ico is trustworthly, you have to remember that some ICOs can now be scam and not giving a single penny in return, you have to analyze firts before investing in something.
