Have you done an analysis, I think you've just woke from a long sleep and do not know what is really happening in the crowdfunding, Ico is fading and will soon be replaced by STO and IEO, so many projects are failing because they prefer doing ICO than IEO which is more safer and easier.

Im afraid your opinion is not true, many ICO were failed since 2018.
And now is the time for IEO, and it is more preferable because it running on exchanges.
You can see popular exchange like Binance. When they launch IEO, the sale always hit hardcap although the hardcap is not too big.

The current increase of market has nothing familiar with ICOs. On the contrary, ICOs are still decreasing, because people just want to hear one single word and this is an IEO. Sadly, nobody cares about ICOs anymore.

Have you try to invest in ICO? if then, how many ICO that you have followed? seems like it is an interesting story if you talk more about it.

Because in some point most people on this forum has been enough to say give up to followed (bounty hunter and being an investor) an ICO again.

The price token was falling so drastic when has been listed on an exchange and made them lost a lot, but maybe you have different experience here.

The increase of ICO does not mean success when everyone knows that only 5% or even less are the legit projects, and with these small percentage of legit project, they even still struggle to grow due to the current market situation where people trust BTC than the altcoins.

What I know is that legit projects are already using IEO to raise funds, ICO is already an obsolete way of crowd funding.

yes I agree with this. and currently there are many signs that the shit project is starting their IEO now. ICO and IEO will sooner or later die. if anyone says that they are now increasing, they are big liars. and be very difficult to find a good project, when IEO is popular as it is now.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you. Yes there could have been hundreds of ICO popping from time time to time, but it doesn't mean that people are going to trust them. Smart investors have learn from their past mistakes already. Plus the business model have shift, we already have IEO now, launching with a backing from a trusted exchange, I think this will be the thing to replace ICO now.

i had to double check the date of this topic to make sure it is not started in 2017! because today in 2019 everyone already knows that ICOs are high risk and most of them don't trust them at all while everyone tries to stay away as much as they can.
basically the 2018 ICO dumps and their death in 2019 scared everyone away.
