It may not be a scam since I have seen even established coins without a readable white paper and still doing well on the market, I think there are more important things to look for like the roadmap, the team and if they are making the progress they promised to the community.

I think that it is great to take part in ICO. to my mind, you need to learn whether the project is reliable and you will be able to benefit from this ICO. I have taken part in some of them

I think a document check is fine but it breaks the rules of anonymity in the crypto industry.

I dont trust an ICO without a whitepaper.
with this you will know the flow and plan of the team,
without that i dont think they can gather investors as they target it.
even BITCOIN hast its own whitepaper even with out ICO.

Yeah, it's a real Scam. The creators must prove the correctness of all technical information, and if it is not - the project is a fraud.

I'm not sure about the ico project without WP. this project is seen as an airdrop project that provides free tokens and has no value.
Yeah me too, I don't believe in such project because that is majorly scam because not to show about the do and dones of that project.. now whitepaper is a short note of the project, i mean a brief and concise explanations about the project so without the whitepaper people won't find interest in participating on such projects. Right mate?

My opinion on this is quite simple, I believe that such projects will cause a lot of questions, which you simply tire of answering, and in general it seems to me that people already have a structure of projects in which there must necessarily be white paper.

I consider that ICO without WhitePaper will definitely make me think over and do not trust to the project. The key attention choosing the project I pay to the WP, how the technical side is represented and how informative and realistic it is.

I would never invest in an ICO without a whitepaper. I believe in is very important for a good project to have whitepaper because how do they expect investors to have a good knowledge of the project and its technicalities.

whitepaper is one way to find out the future potential and the target that will be carried out by the team. the whitepaper contains information about projects that hold ICOs so if a project without whitepaper many people would think the project was a scam

No ICO project, no white paper. Investors and bounty hunters do not participate in the non white paper ICO project, and do not invest. Without a white paper, it could not even become a ICO. The white paper explains the roadmap of the ICO project and the product of the project.

You understand how rare it is in the current realities. People do not trust high-quality projects, with a beautiful website and good white paper, and you are talking about a project without white paper.

I think that if there is no technical document in the ICO project, then most of all it is a scoring project. This is not a serious company.

The Whitepaper is the basis on which everything is based. Definitely ico without whitepaper will be a scam. If they have an alternative source of information with the relevant information, about they concept, their goals and roadmap,  better to have first the whitepaper, product, team and updates.  Whitepaper is the face of the ICO, it introduces the campaign, the project and the content of an ICO to the investors.   Wink

I will just pass if the ICO is without the whitepaper. Whitepaper is like an introduction of the whole thing of what the project is doing and the team's experience and also a lot of thing. Without whitepaper, I will choose to ignore that particular project and move on to another because it cannot be trust.

whitepaper is an explanation of why the ICO was built and what token details will be used along with their functions. because every media, blogger and youtuber will explain to the audience with whitepaper

In my opinion, the ICO without white paper cannot be trusted. Whitepaper is a medium of communication between ICO and partners including investors. If there is no whitepaper then we cannot know the ICO in depth. I also can't believe the ICO project without whitepaper. A clear project should have a clear planning and timeline. If the ICO does not have a whitepaper then I certainly don't join him. This whitepaper is an ingredient for me to be able to analyze the chances of future ICO success so that if there is no whitepaper then I choose not to join the ICO to look for safety.

I think that if the ICO project does not have whitepaper, then it is not necessary to invest in such a project. First of all, it is very risky. I'm sure big investors will never invest in such ICO.
