I don't trust an ICO without whitepaper I think it is irrelevant investing in an ICO without knowing about the project
It is important for ICO to have a white paper because it sees the scam of the project and here it also sets out what the project needs to achieve. so before investing you need to read the white paper so you do not fall victim to the scam so be careful.
Not everyone has access to the founders. They also might not have access to any webinars ot conferences being held. A whitepaper is something that everyone can find and read
Whitepaper - is face of project! It should describe absolutely everything: the idea, the product, the company, the team, the road map and many other very important things! If the project does not have Whitepaper, then you can safely say that this project is a scam

Whitepaper is not necessary,but codes do,such as NXT,IOTA,both are ambious projects without papers in ICO.
Every time I check bounty campaign I always check whitepaper. From there you can see what is really the project tells about the project and determine if it is scam or promising project.

I will not deny that there are people who do not even look at white paper, there are such a lot, I think that now you still do not need to do this, you must always read what's there, as well as it would be best to just verify developers, so that they do not then escape.

Ico without whitepaper is fake and scam, I have leave ico investment without have whitepaper and always check how the website is save and secure for joining. Without have good team and whitepaper to explore about their ico its why I want to join their ico investment.
I feel that whitepaper is a technical document which contains all information about the project and its development, price, team and whole structure and if any new ICO comes to the market without it then it can be a scam in future as no information available to its investors.
Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper
Of course you can run an ICO without white paper but it will not attract the attention of investors. White paper is one of the important elements for the presentation of the project.
Project/ICO without whitepaper may shows how unserious the Dev team are and as such no good investor would be foolish to invest in such project.
I do not respect projects that can not make even a technical document, if you want to collect money, then make a normal presentation of your product
wouldn't it be better if the ico is equipped with white paper? it will be better because investors will know about the project that will be followed. so they will know about the team, the concept, the supply of the token and how the prospects for the future. it will make them more confident in the ico that they follow.
