i think ico can be scam without whitepaper more often than with for sure, but i think better to check is there any token , if no token then dont invest.

I don't think all ICO without whitepaper is a totally scam. There are some ICO that doesn't have a whitepaper but are real and good ICO. Maybe they don't need to show a whitepaper just to prove they are legitimate. Some scam ICO uses white paper to deceive participants and investors...Let us be careful.
I t is totally irrational to me starting an ICO without any white paper and expect people to invest into such. If all other activities like Bonus , Airdrop and Bounty campaigns had started, we might still keep watching just for a little time been, but not the real ICO without it's white paper that could anytime turn to scam.

I don't think that there should be any ICO without whitepaper because the main reason is that when we came across in any type of ICOs then , at first during the analysis we see toward the demand and supply factors and amount respectively and that make use to think perfectly whether the project is better or not and is guinine or not , or just they are kidding with us .And also many things are related with ICOs that we can comes to know easily in whitepaper , if any ICO will not have whitepaper then surely we can say that , that ICO will be scam 100% .
And in my opinion in the present time , every ICO should have his presence at every platform and also have short one page whitepaper as well as full whitepaper .
Otherwise people will say that ICO is scam or may be they will not take interest in the ICO easily .

Whitepaper to me is a very important part of a project and if an ico doesn't have this, then I do not think they are good because the whitepaper gives the aim and ideas of the project and without this, I do not know how they want to convince investors that the project is a good one to invest in.
It is not better to invest in an ICO that has no white paper because it can't help investors on what they want to know about the project that they want to deal with their money. And that's not appropriate to a ICO like that because most of people like me always reading first their white papers before joining them to invest and to participate in some bounties and it is hard to trust in that way.
