Yeah, the differences between ICOs on 2017 with 2018 are quite much. The ICOs now potentially below ICO price when it is launched, moreover it will be failed project. I totally agree with this thinker. Especially in 2017, such projects have not been popular yet and there is no serious money flow. I as noticed to crypto ico i see every year there is a lot of ICO scam or failed because they did not have any plan to become successful their project.
I'm not sure that we will ever see a market like 2017 ICOs again. Most of retail got burnt so badly. It was a mania. I think future bull runs will be more logical.
Well i am also 100% sure that the ICO last year is really better than the ico now, i remember that there are so many ico that became very successful last year but this year there are also successful but they are not reaching there hardcap anymore.
