What dead crypto currencies do you know?

What are the possibilities for crypto currencies that almost can't be exchanged any more?

Do you have any ideas how to make money on big amounts of abandoned cryptos?

From the amount of 3000 altcoins on the market, in my opinion there are more than 70% in the category of death coins. In my opinion, one category of dead coins is coins that have no liquidity and sometimes are not traded at all in exchangers. There are a number of projects that I know of when ICO won millions of dollars in funds and now the price has fallen to 99% below the ICO price

Lots of dead coins in my experience from 2014 until now. Most of the dead coins are usually before being delisted by the exchange, surely the price is pumped by whoever. This is certainly to find the last profit of the coin. Usually, this used to happen at Poloniex.
I think it's rather difficult to make big money from dead coins except following the above method, pump at the last moment. Or you could have bought the coin project directly from the developer and you continue to develop it with your team. Surely if you succeed, this will make millions of dollars.
Delisted coins or most likely those project which is abandoned by their own developers.
We can also use airdrop coins as an example of dead coins and those bounty projects that don't even reached on listing in an exchange.
Once a coin is dead, there will be no chance to make a profit for them especially if there is no available market.
Yes, there are lot of coins that are being abandoned by their developers after being funded they left their investors, some of them due to inactivity and also there are no update from the team are getting not enough orders in the market, exchanges has the right to delist them, if they know that the coin is soon to be dead or already been dead and developers cannot support the project anymore.

An already abandoned project most times does not have any trading means, because it would have lost the volume required for trading. It most times also mean that the team abandoned it because there is nothing more to take from it. So if you have bulk of heir tokens, there is less chance it can be traded.

Every crypto coin are created with a difference function and prospect in the cryptocurrency community, Hence, the prize of the marked dropping, does not mean crypto is dead, therefore many project that is not functioning well, is the because of the current prize of Alt coin.

I think for most of the altocoins - who last year lost 95 to 99% of their value - recovery is reasonably impossible, unless some unlikely miracle occurs.
I prefer to keep them as a souvenir rather than sell those I have and recover a few coins.

My dead crypto is motocoin. It still has some market value, and it is pretty high (0.02$). It is still listed on two exchanges (DigitalPrice and YoBit) but you can't deposit it. I would be happy to sell it even for half the price.
I know how this feels, I have a few coins trading but I can't deposit and been holding for sometime. I always feel pained when there is price increase (although usually very small daily volume) but I can't trade mine. Well there is still hope in such scenario, I have some dead tokens like PENT (team exit scam already) , and some other ERC20 tokens just serving as wallet decoration with no value.

I know a lot of dead Cryptocurrencies but one of the most hilarious is Universal Token, they launched as a community driven project sometime in 2018, made an app exclusively for their airdrop campaign so that airdroppers would be able to claim their tokens for free, then after a while, they decided that they wouldn't be able to sustain the project and they decided to abandon it.

After a few months, they returned and apologized to the community and said that they are committed to make the project succeed, after another few rounds of Airdrops and some months, they decide that the task was too much for them to handle and they announced the end of the project, a project that launched twice and ended twice without even seeing the shores of a Cryptocurrency exchange.

There are no chances for tokens to be exchanged as they are no longer being developed by their owners. You can sell it in Forkdelta or Etherdelta, because here you can see if this shitcoin is worth the price today.

If a cryptocurrency is already abandoned, it requires special intervention for such coins to be revived and be traded on reputable exchange. I am just trying to imagine which of the exchanges would accept such, except that the team is ready to pay huge amount for it.

If you have a lot of shit coins I don't think there is any way you can sell them to exchanes, It could be in decentralized exchanges like forkdelta and etherdelta, but there is little chance that they will buy there. You better hold on to that and maybe a miracle will come.

Unfortunately, I know only one way to get rid of dead coins - this is to sell at forkdelt those coins that are sold even at the lowest price. I did it with my coins - I sold them, and the rest just lie on my wallet.

Golder, xpl, xblock are some dead cryptos which I know. I don't think we can make any money out of it. At the moment, there is no option but to keep it in your wallet life time.

What I know is that there was a phenomenal project endorsed by Floyd Mayweather Jr. named Centra. I am not very specific about what the project is about but it looks like it's a kind of card if I'm not mistaken. The sale was immediately sold out in an instant. A friend of mine even deliberately saved 10k Centra because he was sure it would soar high in price. But then the owner of this project had a problem with the law and Centra was only a memory.

There are plenty of those coins everywhere. As an example, there is a bounty programme that failed to collect enough funds, but wanted to distribute tokens that are useless. The only way you can get rid of them is to get lucky and sell them on forkdelta.

I think once a coin is dead and abandoned, there is no way you can make money from them. I actually have tons of coins from bounties who were already abandoned by developers. I guess it is normal on crypto, that is why before investing or even joining bounties, you should analyze it carefully and do your research.
