if you want to buy IEO maybe you can use an exchange other than Binance, Bittrex or Kucoin
Other than binance, Kucoin, and Bittrex, so do you mean it's better to choose IEO in a small exchange?
I think if you take IEO in a small exchange it will be far more risky, because the project could be scam because usually small exchanges are more concerned with money than investor security
Possibly, that's why most of the success in IEO are coming from big exchanges, small exchanges will have to gain reputation in order to increase their trading volume and even if the project is legit, but people will still look for a decent volume, an IEO coin that is good for day trading hast a better future ahead.

I like the cryptocurrency due to the privacy, i do not like to send my IDs to anyone even if it is popular and trusted websites, requesting KYC to participate in IEO is against privacy why i have to send my ID to participate in IEO!!
Most of exchanges launched their IEO platform required KYC.
Is there any exchanges run IEO and do not required KYC.

Depend where IEO coin listing, if you want to invest with IEO listing on binance exchange you have pass KYC before make investment because you have limited withdrawal when you cash out your asset in binance, for IEO coin listed with Bittrex you will never can make withdrawal if you not pass KYC because you mush submit KYC for withdrawal in bittrex and limited withdrawal in Bittrex is zero if not pas KYC.
It is true, in the crypto currency privacy is number one, but KYC is also very important to do in exchange because it helps that someone can be traced if they have problems like money laundering, even terrorism, but if the data is hit by a hacker attack it is a very terrible thing , if you want to buy IEO maybe you can use an exchange other than Binance, Bittrex or Kucoin
Maybe I am the one who really avoids having to give KYC, as you said that KYC is also very important in being able to help track down if there is a problem. but with the KYC, is it more profitable where to give with those who don't. because we know that many projects with KYC fail in the middle of the road, what about the security of our data that has been taken?
this has become a dilemma for events like this.

I think there is a Binance Exchange, he does not use KYC to follow IEO and especially ROI there every time my friend follows IEO there and it is very profitable even though I have to wait 1 month to launch IEO on Binance Exchange
No, Binance requires KYC in order for you to participate in the IEO. They would get into trouble if U.S customers are ablr to participate in such activities.
Binance is one of the most respected exchanges at the moment, so naturally, binance requires KYC for those who want to participate in the existing IEO in binance. if your friends follow IEO in binance, then you can be sure that your friends do KYC there. however, at the moment it is very difficult to find an IEO project without doing KYC. although there are, it's quite difficult to believe. the risk is too big.

Only a Dex exchange will not require KYC, there is no centralized exchange that will not ask you for KYC, most exchange that we have right now would like to abide by the policy of the government since it involves collection of money and if they don’t do that when they have any issue that has to do with money laundering, the authority will really use it against them which is what none of them ant at all.

The only way you can abstain totally from KYC is when you stay away from centralized exchanges which I really doubt that you can, because they are the ones that still have the largest volume that we need to really make any of our transactions fast and possible and also, they are still the major people handling IEO now, so there is no way you can abstain if you are really interested in IEO projects.

I think there is no exchange that runs IEO but does not use KYC.
You can visit Exmarket, there are lots of new altcoins and there are some airdrops you can follow when trading.
there are now many exchanges that run IEO and have different rules

Most IEO exchanges request for kyc as its very important and mandatory you pass it before you could purchase a token which is absolutely incredible but won't stop scammers from invading still and won't stop fake projects.

Unfortunately, the KYC system is introduced almost everywhere. I don't like it either, because it contradicts the idea of a cryptocurrency that should be anonymous.

Of a truth, most of those who participate in IEO make profits except for some that turn the other way round and for this, a lot of them have given out their personal details in order to be able to join those ones. Yes, this is the kind of profit so many of us want, therefore, if you want to join them, you should comply.

IEO can be use for scheme also. Not the IEO itself but the exchange. So be careful participants on such activities. You don't wanna give your money for free. Unknown Exchange which conducting IEOs are taking the buyers which will attract the customers to buy. That's where the scamming enters. You and the project are both victims. So trust only the reputable Exchange to participate for IEOs. KYC procedures is an indication of good security. They don't wanna give huge amount of IEO token for one person only. They provide KYC to promote equal distribution of token.

You are right KYC must be for big investors not for small investors or low-rank exchanges IEO. But almost all IEO conduction Exchanges demand KYC. I personally suggest please ask KYC from those investors who invest huge in IEO or ICO.

All the cryptocurrency exchange that supports EIO have their KYC. Latoken and binance exchange has KYC before you participate in different IEO project. I know some of us to hate submitting KYC because of our privacy and some of us scared it might be exposed or might use it in any illegal activity. Lastly, if you do not want to pass KYC in any EIO maybe you should join in the ICO project because some of them do not require to pass KYC but take note it is not totally secure unlike in IEO where most of the project is legit.

yes it is true joining ICO there are those who are not required to KYC but to join ICO I don't think it is right, ICO is no longer reliable, there are many ICOs now failing and leaving it alone.
