I like the cryptocurrency due to the privacy, i do not like to send my IDs to anyone even if it is popular and trusted websites, requesting KYC to participate in IEO is against privacy why i have to send my ID to participate in IEO!!
Most of exchanges launched their IEO platform required KYC.
Is there any exchanges run IEO and do not required KYC.

Yobit.net,livecoin.net,binance dex ( https://www.binance.org) not ask for kyc. Which exchangers ask for KYC they are legit and those exchanger is not risky than the other. Only reputed exchanger ask for kyc. If you passed your kyc then you are safe ( they are not Going to lock your account). Also there is risk that your identity can be stolen if tge exchanger hacked. But possibility is low. I prefer to join those website that ask for KYC ( if i want to join in IEO).

KYC seems to be becoming the norm when it comes to many IEO projects. It is a just a matter of choice, you either stick to it or let it go. Generally, almost everyone don't feel comfortable giving personal details such as information on ID cards and passports. Sadly, some of this projects with rigid KYC process end up as scam.

not so much option for you but not to join the IEO instead. I can't find any exchange anymore that doesn't ask documents. What you can do is wait for the tokens to be listed on the exchange where you once submitted KYC. If you haven't done so not even once then you are going to be looking forever. Even the new exchanges are asking all these documents with selfies.

I don't think there is such an exchange. all IEO exchanges require KYC. so you have to accept it. but my advice, if you want to invest in an IEO project, better choose a project that is in a large exchange. so you won't hesitate to give me your kyc data
Looks like KYC won't be a problem for some people on big exchanges even though they can be hacked(like binance) but it's atleast safer than shady exchanges. Whatever you can still lose money on IEO/ICO as the market is not ready for them yet.

KYC has become a norm for exchanges even before the IEO thing started. KYC has been there right since ICO days. The thing there now is that KYC is much enforced in IEOs in order to remove participants from unsupported countries from participating. Right now any exchange which doesn't ask for KYC for IEO might seem cool, but that's questionable.

I don’t think any legit exchange will be launched IEO without asking KYC. I think KYC is required all of the IEO projects even most of the ICO is asking KYC. If several poor quality exchanges will offer IEO launchpad projects without KYC i don't know about those shit exchanges. But you have to pass KYC in most of the reliable projects which are highly transparent exchanges. There are no way to participate in IEO not using your KYC documents. Because all of the exchanges are centralized.

KYC most times is required for regulatory purposes, mind you that most exchanges, if not all, doing IEO are centralized exchanges. Decentralized exchanges still lack the capacity for IEO as at now, due to some major drawbacks. It's a matter of choice, if you don't feel comfortable giving out important information, then wait for listing and buy in early.

all IEOs that are on small and large exchanges as far as I know do not yet need KYC to participate in IEO sales, if you want to avoid kyc problems the best way is to join with other people who want to also buy IEO it's just a bit risky because if not be careful we are actually trapped by scammers who take advantage of this, or the best option is to buy the first time the IEO enters the market, usually the sales price is still not so high.

KYC is mostly due to regulations and AML policies.

I don't know any stable exchange offering IEO to allow non-KYC participants. And even if you found one, I suggest you be very very careful due - It's a regulation requirement investors to pass KYC.
While you could use most of the big exchanges for crypto-only deposits/withdraws on low limits without KYC, IEO are into another regulation frame.

Yobit.net
Livecoin.net

At the moment in my mind only these 2 exchanges let you join IEO without KYC. But I won't recommend joining these IEO's without proper checking like previous IEO's ROI & Exchanges reputation. Without a regulated market, it's very risky using these exchanges. I don't see any team information about these exchanges.

I just heard that Jubilee holds IEO? Are there successful IEO projects in Yobit like IEO in other exchanges? and how to see IEO in Yobit, I often open Yobit exchange but can't find the IEO lauchpad.

KYC is mandatory for any exchange site that launched the IEO program. What already offered in IEO application can be considered as a security offering. That means the exchange site must prevent those people who are coming from the countries that already declare to ban IEO. It can be done only through use KYC as the best decision to avoid people from those countries to participate in IEO.

Besides to prevent people from restricted countries to participate in IEO and the meant of KYC was to comply with the regulation, it already applied in so many countries to follow anti-money laundering regulation.

Some exchange sites are accepting IEO investors without KYC. It's too big to fail decision for you. I'll not recommend you to participate in there.

Many countries restricted crypto investments or having money laundering against laws for that they need to know who were their customers.

Why you are going for new crypto investments better invest on the anonymous projects and coins which is already available on the market.

The best exchange i will advice you to join for better IEO investment are top exchanges like gate or binance and its a must to go through KYC, kinda necessary to avoid money laundering or scam acts, i think your KYC detail will be safer with top exchanges

To be real, if you want to invest in a good IEO, KYC is a compulsion. There are many shady exchanges like yobit that claims to provide you profitable IEOs without KYC but most of the coins hosted by them are ponzi of a short. If you really don't want to give your personal data, you can buy the coins of IEO after they gets listed in the exchange.

As far as I know, the top IEO platforms are requiring KYC. If you will give it value, then you will really undergo KYC. If the platform is not significant to you for as long as you can invest in an IEO without KYC, then you may go for less reputable exchanges. I guess we all share the same dislike with KYC but since that is what the laws require from the exchanges, they will implement it whether we like it or not. And most of the time, we just gladly comply.

I'm sorry, as much as we don't like giving out our personal info, it's looks like this will be the norm in the coming years as exchanges are soon going to require us to submit KYC for verification purposes.

So it's going to be difficult to not send anything if you really wanted to join an IEO. And remember that IEO's are being run by reputed exchanges so most likely they are going to require all investors to undergo KYC procedures, sad but true.
