If you don't want to send your KYC, don't participate in IEO. a project that they hold also requires trust from you. and many IEOs don't need KYC but don't be disappointed with what you do for it.

There are a lot of exchanges that do not need your KYC documents, but generally all those exchanges are trash. All solid exchanges like Kucoin, Gate.io or Huobi requiring your documents to complete the KYC process and to allow you to take part in IEOs on their platform.
Yes also BitForex is requiring KYC which for me is good if this is really required then nothing is wrong with it.  Giving Kyc in a legit and credible exchange is good if we really want to invest in IEO. Besides, I prefer investing IEO in good exchange.

I think it's very rare to see IEO without KYC. because most markets have regulations in knowing their customers, because of that KYC is really needed to follow an IEO, especially in a market that has a large popularity. for now, it is very rare to see IEO who can participate without KYC. There are many reasons why exchangers need to do this, such as knowing customers, preventing money laundering, scammers, and many other things.

KYC is not a guaranteed that IEO project will be successful but it is a must for exchanges to implement KYC for IEO participants, you must be careful of exchanges that does not ask for KYC to participate in any IEO project, its not safe at all

I think most large exchanges require KYC for security and verification. IEO is now a good solution for investing in crypto after many frauds occur in ICO. IEO requires exchanges that cooperate with the project developer. And later the project developer will send tokens to the exchange and the exchange will sell tokens to investors. exchanges need KYC to be clearer and safer.

If you want to join IEO provide your ID. Today no other crypto is allowed to go anonymous and it is absolutely necessary to prevent scams and other incidents that we do not expect. So if you want to properly and without fear of theft of invesment, join the IEO where they know their customers well.
Because you join the IEO where KYC does not need you may only lose because these coins or tokens are not properly regulated by the exchange.

I like the cryptocurrency due to the privacy, i do not like to send my IDs to anyone even if it is popular and trusted websites, requesting KYC to participate in IEO is against privacy why i have to send my ID to participate in IEO!!
Most of exchanges launched their IEO platform required KYC.
Is there any exchanges run IEO and do not required KYC.

There are some exchanges that dont need to have a KYC for that, but there are some projects do their IEO on their Exchange that needs KYC.
We can choose not to send and not to invest also, but some really need it as it will one of the best things to have so they can filter the investors.
Some countries don't allow their people to join any of it and still, they are trying to.
But I also hope that KYC never launches in cryptocurrency.

Yes, there is some exchange that doesn't ask KYC for IEO! You can try to participate in their IEO sale, but I can confirm you that, your investment will go into vain, even you can get scam easily. If you need those exchanges name, you may PM me. Lol!
KYC is a very common issue nowadays! Even I am doing KYC in a reputed place! KYC can't remove a scammer from the crypto, but it can help in potential exchanges! Without doing KYC, sorry, you can't participate in any potential IEO!

it would be even more disappointing if Kyc's request was only for small gifts, and that was very unfair. unfortunately there are still many who follow the kyc command for verification, hopefully not used for bad purposes by the team, and data confidentiality is maintained
KYC for IEO participants is in my opinion important to know customers from IEO. In addition to getting to know the product customers, KYC is also useful for security for investors themselves. I don't mind if IEO requires KYC for participants, but for airdrop and bounty it feels a bit heavy.

There is no IEO without KYC, so far I have never found it. In my opinion KYC on the market exchange is more trustworthy (trusted, 7 out of 10) than doing KYC conducted by a project whose project could end up scam and could misuse our identity.

Many people are concerned about the disclosure of personal information when KYC, this is completely understandable. Even leading exchanges like Binance reveal user information. But KYC also has positive aspects, in addition to participating in activities of exchanges such as IEO, it also helps ensure your assets are safe. For example, if you lost your 2Fa code, If you have KYC, it will be much simpler to get back.
For IEO, I actually support the KYC process as a way to collect data from exchange parties who make investments. but for things like bounties and also a little airdrop I'm about because this can be a misuse of the company and also actually there are other options if they have the process for auditing fraudulent participants

There's one that comes to mind -yobit. They hold IEOs with their weird profit policy where they basically buy back a set portion of those tokens every week, eventually so they are buying 2x of the amount. It's a bit weird and I haven't tried it myself so I can't vouch for it.

It's not really going to be possible for you to find investment options that don't include forced KYC, there is a lot of legal work that needs to be done by the company and the exchange to allow them to be able to hold crowdfunding events and profit off them, and anti AMl and KYC is a necessity for them.

Sometimes, it is actually surprising, but most of them request for it, perhaps because of laws that require it. Well, I am yet to get to the root of it myself. If KYC will be an issue, then wait for it to be officially listed, which might be easier to buy, without  KYC.
Most of those exchange are asking for KYC since they are also required by the laws who covered their permits. Since you are concerned with this
procedures then it's better to buy those coins after being listed as leading exchange allows you to purchased listed coins up to 2 btc without processing
KYC, it's won't be an issue to invest and not be bothered by providing personal information which will continue being anonymous while investing around.
It is better to participate in IEOs that doesn't require KYC. Most of the investors are willing to participate in IEO that are not requiring KYC because they know that their identity is safe.
I like to participate in IEOs and ICOs that do not have KYC.  I'm now afraid to participate in projects that requiring KYC, because there are issues about identity that being sold in the Black market.
Avoiding KYC is your choice, I am also avoiding projects that require bounty participants to undergo KYC verification which I feel unsafe.
It's every individual's choice whether you participate or not. If you also don't want to submit any information just to receive your reward, it's better to avoid them at the very beginning.

I see avarage larger exchange now required kyc their customers i think it will be good for participating IEO with kyc moment. But if you won't submit kyc then you can avoid those projects who want kyc passing for participating IEO, basically more ico project here don't want kyc so you can participate without kyc here.

They also protecting their interest what if someone trade there with massive coins which has been hacked by someone and trade it on their exchange? Of course they will be drag down to possible idea of scam exchange or collaboration with those hacker. Many exchange are speculated to be like this, so people impose KYC to sort and trace whether the funds is from a real investors or traders not from money launder somewhere esle.
