I sent a transfer April 10th and it finally appeared in bitstamp a few hours ago. Make sure you have put the transfer reference in the wire or it will take longer.

Almost eight months!!!? Did you forget the deposit message number?

If you feel the need to, TransferWise can provide you with the " officia l" proof of transfer and receipt needed for any legal claims. Just contact their support team .

It's very frustrating to think that if I had waited until the 11th, I could have deposited directly into a UK bank account, and presumably have the funds in my account now. Unless there would also be such a delay on processing that too

I submitted a wire transfer to Bitstamp today and forgot to put my account number in the message field.  How do I get my deposit to show up in my account?  I have sent a message to support.

 These problems seem to be continuing.   Roll Eyes

Sent transfer to Bitstamp on the 17th February and still nothing. Support are frustratingly slow to reply to simple questions, and keep asking me for redundant information that I have already supplied. My bank confirms the deposit arrived safely 24 hours after the SEPA instructions were received with all the relevant references and account numbers double checked. 

So my question to BITSTAMP is what are you playing at?

My question to everyone else, as I have not read the entire thread. Do these deposits go through EVENTUALLY?? Or have some gone completely missing?

I've experienced these problems before. Delayed deposits, eventually being returned to my account (6weeks later) and failing to transfer in...... Guess where?Huh?

Question for Bitstamp.net Support or anyone else who might know??!

Does it matter or would it slow the processing of a transfer if one was to send lets say 10EUR more than was filled in in the Bitstamp Deposit form? Would the two numbers being off by 10EUR slow processing in any way? All my previous transfers only took 24hr max and this ones taking days Sad

Still no money in my bankaccount, they answerd my support ticket 2 weeks ago saying they started investigating the matter.

To date no more replies to my multiple tickets!

Bitstamp get your act together and work with another bank. This is outrageous and i have completely lost faith in your exchange!

I have been waiting for more than 14 days for confirmation of a wire transfer to Bitstamp > $5000. They asked for additional information. They have a lot of my money and I have contacted support 3 times, with no response in over a week. I understand they might be overwhelmed but they need to be better communicators or they will lose their reputation in the Bitcoin community.

I waited a couple of days and opened a support ticket on 5th of december asking if everything was cool - they have not replied yet.
So.. 12 days and no money + 4 days without an answer. Now I'm starting to get really nervous. I understand if there is some delays, but when there is no answer and no explanation, it starts to get really uncomfortable.

My deposit from 11/11 has finally arrived!  Cheesy

I think, depositing on a sunday shows, that bitstamp are still working off their backlog.

Unfortunately, I had to start an investigation for the money and my bank and bitstamp's bank charged me 85 € for that!  Angry

I've been patient for 10 days now ...
I can continue to be patient, however I hate it when tickets are ignored and nothing is communicated !

SEPA deposit made on 12th November...still nothing! I made a smaller deposit just to check it all out a couple of days before, surprise surprise this went through with no problems. Then as soon as I make a bigger deposit....nada! Not a happy bunny!!
