If I had only one choice for investment then I will choose Etherium coin. This coin price is now very low and It’s very right time for accumulate this coin.

I guess you can't go wrong if you will stick to the top 10 coins from coinmarketcap.com. Keep in mind that market may continue to fall, so you can get a chance to buy coins at even cheaper price. Perhaps it would be better to wait a few months.
holding for long time with small capital will not be suitable my friend, buying an cheaper altcoin is a good idea with limited capital, if you want to be more challenged to buy outside the top 10 marketcaps, it is risky but does not mean no potential.
Also today i will invest at least 60% on Bitcoin and 20% on Ethereum and the 20% left on ETN, even if now the coin is down i think in long term the coin should value way more and maybe a good profit can be made.

Investing on ICO will be good but that should be a good ICO otherwise anyone may loss their capital. To know the behaviour of the coin you should research first to avoid loss and to make profit.
I will invest in low sats coins that has utility and active dev team plus community. Low sat coins will easily do x3 or more unlike those whose price is high.
and now it might be an opportunity for you to invest if you have capital. because now the prices of all coins are also cheap. you just have to select assets with a good development team as you say. but you can only do it if you have the capital to invest, if you don't have it, you can only watch the market now.

500$ for invest is a good amount to start with and I suggest that it can be separated between altcoins. I would make following scheme: getting DAI for ethereum collateral, then buying bitmax tokens for dai . As a result you receive token paying out dividends each day+ keeping ethereum, there will be also leverage effect

It is very good to invest in high potential coin like NEO, EOS, TRON, ETH, ADA etc because these are the most active development coins which will help you to make most of the money when the market starts recovering because active development coin will always have huge growth in the market.

Pick cheap altcoin really need to be careful. If we wrong to pick, that coin can be dead coin and delisted on every market that already listed it. If that happen, not only a loss that we got, but we can loss all our money because it has no value anymore.
